Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射器(10)であって、その中にアクチュエータ(14)と、制御弁(21)と、ニードルガイド(24)と、が配置された噴射器ボディ(12)を備え、前記アクチュエータ(14)は前記制御弁(21)を作動させ、前記制御弁(21)は、噴射が許容される開位置と、燃料の噴射が妨げられる閉位置との間で、そのガイド(24)内で摺動する噴射ニードル(38)を制御し、
前記噴射器(10)は、
リング(40)に対して実質的に垂直であってかつ前記リング(40)と一体化された第1の金属延長部(44)を含む金属リング(40)であって、前記リング(40)および前記第1の金属延長部(44)は、前記アクチュエータ(14)の円筒形外面上にオーバーモールドされており、前記第1の金属延長部(44)は前記噴射器(10)のコネクターピン(46)に対して接続されている金属リング(40)と、
前記リング(40)に面するリセス(54)を有する弁ボディ(12)のハウジング内に挿入された第2の金属延長部(42)と、を具備し、
前記第2の金属延長部(42)の第1の終端は、前記リング(40)との電気的接触を保証するために、前記リセス(54)内に収容されたスプリングシステム(48)を備える、燃料噴射器(10)。 - 前記第2の金属延長部(42)は前記制御弁(21)の前記ボディ(20)を貫通して配置される、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器(10)。
- 前記第2の金属延長部(42)の第2の端部は、前記ニードルのための前記ガイド(24)との電気的接触を保証するために、前記制御弁(21)と接触状態の前記ニードルのための前記ガイド(24)の半径方向表面上に配置された孔(52)内に収容された別のスプリングシステム(50)を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器(10)の組み立て方法(100)であって、
前記リング(40)に対して実質的に垂直で、かつ、前記アクチュエータ(14)の円筒状外面上にオーバーモールドすることによって前記リング(40)と一体化された第1の金属延長部(44)を含む金属リング(40)を適所に配置する段階(102)と、
前記噴射器の前記ボディ(12)の前記ハウジング内でアクチュエータ(14)を位置決めする段階(104)と、
前記噴射器(10)のコネクターピン(46)に対して前記第1の金属延長部(44)を接続する段階(106)と、
前記リング(40)に面するリセス(54)を有する前記弁ボディ(12)のハウジング内へ第2の金属延長部(42)を挿入する段階(108)であって、前記第2の金属延長部(42)の終端は、前記リセス(54)内に収容されたスプリングシステム(48)を備える段階(108)と、
前記制御弁21を前記アクチュエータ(14)と組み付ける段階(110)であって、前記第2の金属延長部(42)は前記制御弁(21)の前記ボディ(20)を貫通する段階(110)と、
前記ニードルのための前記ガイド(24)を前記制御弁(21)と組み付ける段階(120)であって、前記第2の金属延長部(42)の第2の端部は、前記制御弁(21)と接触状態の前記ニードルのための前記ガイド(24)の半径方向表面上に配置された孔(52)内に収容された別なスプリングシステム(50)を備える段階(120)と、
