Claims (22)
- 液剤を含む液体源からエアロゾルを発生させるためのエアロゾル源と、このエアロゾル源と使用時にユーザーがエアロゾルを吸引するための開口部との間を接続する空気路を画定する空気路壁とを含み、空気路壁の内面の少なくとも一部には液剤に対する濡れ性を増すために表面仕上げが施されているエアロゾル供給装置。
- 表面仕上げが表面模様を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 表面模様が空気路壁に型押しされることを特徴とする請求項2記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 表面模様が空気路壁を研磨粗面化処理することによって施されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 空気路壁が基材を含み、表面仕上げが基材に塗布されるコーティングを含み、このコーティングが基材より液剤に対して高い濡れ性を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 表面仕上げがプラズマコーティング処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 表面仕上げが液剤に対して異なる濡れ性の領域を設けるために空気路壁に亘って異なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 液剤に対して濡れ性が異なる領域が第2領域に隣接する第1領域を含み、第1領域がユーザーがエアロゾルを吸引する開口部に第2領域より近くに位置し、第2領域が第1領域より液剤に対して高い濡れ性を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 空気路の外側にあるが、空気路と流体連通する貯蔵面をさらに含み、この貯蔵面にも液剤に対する濡れ性を増すための表面仕上げが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 空気路がエアロゾル供給装置の第1部品とエアロゾル供給装置の第2部品の間の空間にによって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- エアロゾル供給装置の第1および第2部品の間の接触面で空気路に隣接するエアロゾル供給装置の第1および/または第2部品の少なくとも一部に表面模様付けされた表面が設けられ、これにより毛管現象により空気路の壁から接触面内に液剤が流れやすくなっていることを特徴とする請求項10記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 第1部品が液剤を含む液体源用の容器を含み、第2部部品がエアロゾル供給装置用のハウジングを含むことを特徴とする請求項10または11記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 第1部材の外方面が第2部材の内面にそれらの間の空間から離れて合致することを特徴とする請求項10乃至12いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- エアロゾル源が液体源と接触するヒーターを含み、エアロゾル供給装置が液体源を加熱して液剤からエアロゾル発生させるためにヒーターに電力を供給するための電池またはバッテリーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 液剤がニコチンを含有すること特徴とする請求項1乃至14いずれか1項記載のエアロゾル供給装置。
- 液剤を含む液体源からエアロゾルを発生させるためのエアロゾル源と、このエアロゾル源と使用時にユーザーがエアロゾルを吸引するための開口部との間を接続する空気路を画定する空気路壁とを含むエアロゾル供給装置の空気路の製造方法であって、空気路壁の内面の少なくとも一部に液剤に対する濡れ性を増すための表面仕上げを施すことを含む方法。
- 表面仕上げを施すことが表面模様を付与することを含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 表面模様が模様付けされた型を使用して空気路壁の少なくとも一部で成型することによって付与されることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 表面模様が空気路壁の少なくとも一部の研磨粗面化処理によって付与されることを特徴とするを請求項17または18記載の方法。
- 液剤を含む液体源からエアロゾルを発生させるためのエアロゾル源と、このエアロゾル源と使用時にユーザーがエアロゾルを吸引するための開口部との間を接続する空気路を画定する空気路壁とを含むエアロゾル供給装置の空気路壁の製造装置であって、空気路壁の内面の少なくとも一部に液剤に対する濡れ性を増すための表面仕上げを施す機構を含む装置。
