- 前記中間パラジウムめっき層は、100ナノメートルから10マイクロメートル(100nm〜10μm)の範囲の厚みを有する金めっき表層でめっきされる、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法。
- 前記中間パラジウムめっき層は、およそ1マイクロメートル(1μm)の厚みを有する金めっき表層でめっきされる、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法。
- アルカリ性溶液中で前記銅下地層を浸漬洗浄する段階を含む、前記銅下地層を脱脂する前記段階は、およそ60℃の温度を有する浴中で、およそ5分間実行される、請求項5に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法。
- 中間光沢銅層で前記銅下地層を電気めっきする前記段階の前に硫酸浴中にエッチングされた前記銅下地層を浸漬する前記段階は、およそ120秒間実行され、かつ、撹拌することなく実行される、請求項8に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法。
- 前記銅下地層をエッチングする前記段階は、1分間実行され、かつ、エッチング液1リットル毎に3グラム未満の銅を含むエッチング液中に実行される、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法。
- 皮膚コンダクタンス測定機器における乾式電極用のセンサーディスクであって、
前記センサーディスクは、銅下地層と、中間光沢銅層と、中間パラジウムめっき層と、金めっき表層とを備える、
乾式電極用のセンサーディスク。 - 前記中間光沢銅層は、2マイクロメートルから40マイクロメートル(2μm〜40μm)の範囲の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 前記中間光沢銅層は、およそ10マイクロメートル(10μm)の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 前記中間パラジウムめっき層は、10ナノメートルから500ナノメートル(10nm〜500nm)の範囲の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 前記中間パラジウムめっき層は、およそ100ナノメートル(100nm)の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 前記金めっき表層は、100ナノメートルから10マイクロメートル(100nm〜10μm)の範囲の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 前記金めっき表層は、およそ1マイクロメートル(1μm)の厚みを有する、請求項18に記載のセンサーディスク。
- 請求項1から17の何れか一項に記載のセンサーディスクを製造する方法に従って製造される、皮膚コンダクタンス測定機器における乾式電極用のセンサーディスク。
