Description
本明細書で使用する時、用語「吸収性物品」とは、身体滲出物を吸収及び収容するデバイスを指し、より具体的には、着用者の身体に接触させるか又は隣接させて、身体から排出される様々な滲出物を吸収及び収容するデバイスを指す。吸収性物品としては、おむつ、パンツ、トレーニングパンツ、おむつ又はパンツ用の吸収性挿入部材、成人用失禁下着、生理用ナプキン及びパンティライナーなどの女性用衛生製品、胸パッド、ケアマット、よだれ掛け、創傷包帯製品などを挙げることができる。本明細書で使用する時、用語「体液」又は「身体滲出物」とは、尿、血液、膣排泄物、母乳、汗及び糞便を包含するが、これらに限定されない。

Claims (10)
- フィルムであって、
a.20重量%〜85重量%のポリオレフィン成分と、
b.20重量%〜45重量%の粒子成分と、を含み、
活性化前の該フィルムの坪量は、5gsm〜25gsmであり、
該フィルムは、活性化され、20%超の工学的歪みを受け、
該フィルムの、2000Hz〜6300Hzの周波数オクターブ範囲にわたる予測音圧レベルは、43dB未満である、フィルム。 - 前記ポリオレフィン成分は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンポリマー、低密度ポリエチレンポリマー、高密度ポリエチレンポリマー、ポリプロピレンポリマー、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、好ましくは、前記ポリオレフィン成分は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンポリマー及び低密度ポリエチレンポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン成分の密度は、0.91g/cm3〜0.95g/cm3である、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルム。
- 1重量%〜30重量%の弾性樹脂、好ましくは、15重量%未満の弾性樹脂を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記弾性樹脂は、プロピレン系エラストマー、プロピレンエチレンコポリマー、及びスチレンブロックコポリマー樹脂からなる群から選択され、好ましくは、前記弾性樹脂は、プロピレン系エラストマーであり、好ましくは、前記弾性樹脂の結晶化度又はエンドブロック含量は、5%〜33%である、請求項4に記載のフィルム。
- 前記粒子成分は、摩擦低減粒子及び乳濁剤粒子からなる群から選択され、好ましくは、前記粒子成分は、CaCO3、TiO2、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、好ましくは、前記粒子成分の密度は、1.8g/cm3〜4.5g/cm3であり、好ましくは、前記粒子成分の密度は、前記ポリオレフィン成分の密度の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、1.52mmピッチの工具で活性化され、該工具の係合深さは、0.508mm〜1.27mmである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、20%〜70%の工学的歪みを受ける、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの、2000Hz〜6300Hzの周波数オクターブ範囲にわたる予測音圧レベルは、40dB未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、おむつ、パンツ、おむつ若しくはパンツ用の吸収性挿入部材、生理用ナプキン、及びパンティライナーからなる群から選択される吸収性物品内に組み込まれ、かつ/又は前記フィルムは、パッケージ若しくは包装紙内に組み込まれ、かつ/又は前記フィルムは、バックシート、ウエストバンド、締着部材、及び耳部からなる群から選択される吸収性物品の構成要素内に組み込まれている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
