Claims (17)
- 壁と、
前記壁により支持されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に支持される複数の金属撚線と、
を有する制振自動車筐体であって、
前記壁が、自動車駆動筐体の使用中に振動を受けると、前記複数の金属撚線間における相対運動は、前記壁の受けた前記振動を抑制する、制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記自動車駆動筐体は、トルク管筐体、出力伝達装置(PTU)筐体、または最終駆動装置(FDU)筐体である、請求項1に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 前記壁により支持され、かつ、相互に離れて配置された複数のケーシングを更に有し、
前記複数のケーシングの各々は、複数の金属撚線を支持し、
前記壁が、前記自動車駆動筐体の使用中に振動を受けると、前記複数のケーシングの各々の内部での前記複数の金属撚線間における相対運動は、前記壁のたわみモードを抑制する、請求項1に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記壁は、第1金属材料から成り、
前記ケーシングは、第2金属材料から成り、
前記第2金属材料は、前記第1金属材料よりも高い融解温度を有する、請求項1に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記ケーシングは、前記壁内への場所打ち埋め込みを用いて、前記壁により支持され、
前記ケーシングは、該ケーシングの全ての側面が前記壁の第1金属材料に隣接する、請求項4に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記ケーシングは、少なくとも1つの挟まれた窪みを有し、
前記複数の金属撚線は、前記ケーシングの前記少なくとも1つの挟まれた窪みに位置する、少なくとも1つの圧迫部を有する、請求項1に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記複数の金属撚線は、鋼綿を有する、請求項1に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 管と、
前記管の内部に位置し、かつ、支持部を有する振動伝達取り付け部材と、
前記管の前記内部に位置し、かつ、前記振動伝達取り付け部材の前記支持部により支持される複数の金属撚線と、
を有する制振自動車駆動筐体であって、
前記管が、自動車駆動筐体の使用中に振動を受けると、前記複数の金属撚線間における相対運動は、前記管の受けた前記振動を抑制する、制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記自動車駆動筐体の前記管は、プロップシャフト管である、請求項8に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 前記支持部は、前記管の内表面に対して表面同士を直接接触させる外表面を有し、
前記管が、前記自動車駆動筐体の使用中に振動を受けると、該振動は、前記支持部を介して、前記管から前記複数の金属撚線へ伝達される、請求項8に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。 - 前記振動伝達取り付け部材は、前記支持部の外表面及び前記管の内表面間の接触を維持するために、前記支持部に対して半径方向外向きの力を付与する、半径方向に拡張可能な締め具を、少なくとも1つ有する、請求項8に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 前記複数の金属撚線は、複数のワイヤにより提供される、請求項8に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 前記支持部は、高分子ブランケットまたはプラスチックチューブである、請求項8に記載の制振自動車駆動筐体。
- 筐体と
前記筐体により支持され、かつ、複数の金属撚線を有する制振部と、
前記制振部を前記筐体へ支持する振動伝達取り付け部材と、
を有する制振自動車駆動部品であって、
前記筐体が、自動車駆動部品の使用中に振動を受けると、該振動は、前記振動伝達取り付け部材を介して、前記複数の金属撚線へ伝達され、前記複数の金属撚線間における相対運動は、前記筐体の受けた前記振動を抑制する、制振自動車駆動部品。 - 前記自動車駆動部品は、ハーフシャフトまたはプロップシャフトである、請求項14に記載の制振自動車駆動部品。
- 前記振動伝達取り付け部材は、少なくとも1つの締め具を有する、請求項15に記載の制振自動車駆動部品。
- 前記筐体が、前記自動車駆動部品の使用中に振動を受けると、前記複数の金属撚線間における相対運動は、前記筐体のたわみモードを抑制する、請求項14に記載の制振自動車駆動部品。
