Claims (5)
- 一対のスパイラル鉄筋を直線上に結合するためのスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具において、
内部一側にはスパイラル鉄筋のスパイラル突起とねじ結合する突起収容溝と、
前記スパイラル鉄筋の外径より大きい内径を有するように構成されていて、スパイラル鉄筋の端部を回転しないように収容する安着部と、
が備えられていることを特徴とするスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具。 - 前記突起収容溝は中央を基準として両側が互いに相異するスパイラル軌道を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具。
- 前記突起収容溝は鉄筋連結具の両端部で互いに相異するスパイラル開始点を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具。
- 前記鉄筋連結具の一端部のスパイラル開始点は他端部のスパイラル開始点から円周方向に10〜350゜の範囲内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具。
- 前記鉄筋連結具の中央部には内部に挿入されたスパイラル鉄筋の端部を確認するための検査孔が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスパイラル鉄筋用鉄筋連結具。
