Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 0.5−5質量%のニッケル、0.25−2.5質量%のケイ素、<0.1質量%の鉛、治金溶融工程の結果として生じる不純物、および残りが銅から成るマトリックス材料、および、任意に、少なくとも1つの硬質材料および場合により少なくとも1つの固体潤滑剤を有する滑り軸受材料であって、少なくとも一つのテルルの添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、前記滑り軸受材料。
- ケイ素に対するニッケルの質量比が2.5〜5であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受材料。
- 添加剤が0.01〜2.0質量%の全量でマトリックス材料内に分散されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の滑り軸受材料。
- 添加剤が粒子の形態でマトリックス材料に存在し、測定可能な粒子の90%が、最大径が30μm、好ましくは15μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料。
- 800MPa・m/s、好ましくは850MPa・m/s未満の限界値内においては、付着性の摩耗が生じないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料。
- 少なくとも一つの硬質材料が、ケイ化物、酸化物、炭化物および窒化物、特にAlN、Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2、Mo2C、MoSi2、SiC、B4C、Si3N4およびc−BNからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料。
- h−BNおよびグラファイトからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料。
- バッキング層、軸受金属層、および前記軸受金属層に適用される摺動層を有する滑り軸受複合体材料であって、前記軸受金属層が、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料から成ることを特徴とする、前記滑り軸受複合体材料。
- 前記軸受金属層が焼結層であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の滑り軸受複合体材料。
- 必要に応じて中間層を介して、軸受金属層とバッキング層との間にロールクラッド接続部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の滑り軸受複合体材料。
- 前記軸受金属層が鋳造層であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の滑り軸受複合体材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受材料を含む滑り要素または滑り軸受。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受複合体材料から作製された滑り要素または滑り軸受。
