Claims (15)
- 管状ケーシング(15)内に配置された中空糸膜の束(10)を収容する毛細管透析装置の製造方法であって、束(10)の端部を円形の断面を有するように成形することにより、中空糸膜の束(10)の端部の外周に連続した環状領域(13、18)を形成し;中空糸膜の束(10)の外周上の繊維を圧縮し、一緒に溶融することを含む該方法。
- 連続する環状領域(13、18)は、0.1から1mm未満の厚さを有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 連続する環状領域(13、18)は、束(10)の長手方向に2から15mmの長さを有する請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 繊維束(10)の直径は、連続する環状領域(13、18)内でその初期値の70から90%まで低減される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 連続する環状領域(13、18)は、中空糸膜の束(10)の各端部の外周上に形成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中空糸膜の束(10)の一端の外周上に連続する環状領域(13)が形成された後で、中空糸膜の束(10)が管状ケーシング(15)に移動される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 移動は、環状ケーシング(15)を通って到達し;中空糸膜の束(10)の連続する環状領域(13)と係合し;環状ケーシング(15)へ中空糸膜の束(10)を引っ張り;連続する環状領域(13)全体を含む中空糸膜の束(10)の端部が環状ケーシング(15)から突出するまで引っ張り続ける工具(14)によって行われる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 中空糸膜の束(10)の両端が、移動後に管状ケーシング(15)から突出し、管状ケーシング(15)から突出する中空糸膜の束(10)の部分がその後に切断される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 管状ケーシング(15)から突出する中空糸膜の束(10)の部分が、切断される前に、連続する環状領域(18)が、中空糸膜の束(10)の第2の端部の外周上にも形成される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 管状ケーシング(15)から突出する中空糸膜の束(10)の部分が、切断されると同時に、中空糸膜の束(10)の繊維の端部がヒートシールされる請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 切断およびヒートシールが、ホットブレードまたはホットワイヤを用いて行われる請求項10に記載の方法。
- 個々の要素が、結合して円筒状空間を構成する構成に配置することができる移動可能な個々の要素(1、2、3、4)を含む、中空糸膜の束(10)の端部の外周上に連続する環状領域(13、18)を形成する装置(12、17)。
- 円筒状空間が、2つの個々の要素(1)によって構成される請求項12に記載の装置。
