Abstract
Description
現在市販されている冷蔵庫の冷蔵域の温度は4℃乃至5℃程度であり、一部の冷蔵庫においては−3℃乃至0℃の鮮度保持域も設けられているが、殺菌機能を持たないことにより、各種の食品、野菜、果物は保存域においては、依然として細菌繁殖が起こり、各種の食品の変質をもたらす。−18℃乃至−24℃の冷凍域に保存された食物、例えば各種の肉類や冷凍食品は、依然として好冷細菌や各種の好冷カビを含む繁殖作用により変質し、保存時間が短縮されてしまう。
Claims (6)
- 保存空間、冷却システム、電気システム、および箱体またはケーシングの構成を含む消毒および鮮度保持機能を有する低温保存設備において、
前記保存設備は、電子放射極、放射窓、ハウジングおよび各種の部品からなる電子放射アセンブリをさらに含み、かつリード線により関連する電源および制御部材に接続されており、前記電子放射極は、保存設備以外のグランド電位に対して電位を有する唯一の電極であり、低温保存空間のみに電子を放射することを特徴とする低温保存設備。 - 低温保存設備の要求と低温保存空間の構造、寸法および形状に応じて、数、構造、および寸法の異なる電子放射アセンブリを配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温保存設備。
- 前記電子放射極は、一つ以上の同電位電極からなり、金属、合金、炭素、複合材料、その他の電子放射用材料のいずれかを用いて、針状、尖鋭状、糸状、棒状、鋸刃状、板状のいずれかに作製され、必要に応じて異なる構造および寸法に設計され、電位が−2kv乃至−35kvの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温保存設備。
- 前記電子放射極により放射された電子は、保存空間中の酸素分子、二酸化炭素分子、水蒸気分子、またはこれらの分子からなる分子団、あるいはこれらの分子および空気中の他の分子からなるナノスケールの分子団と結合して、保存空間に分布される負帯電ナノ粒子を形成し、低温保存空間の異なる容積、形状と寸法、および異なる温度を有する低温保存空間に応じて、異なる数の電子放射アセンブリ、および構造、形状および寸法の異なる電子放射アセンブリを配置し、独立した各低温保存空間に充満する負帯電ナノ粒子の密度は、5×103個/cm3超〜108個/cm3以下に達し、対応する保存空間は消毒状態に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温保存設備。
- 前記電子放射極が電子を放射して、保存空間において負帯電ナノ粒子を形成し、一定の密度で低温保存空間に分布されかつ保存物の表面に作用することにより保存空間が消毒状態に置かれると同時に負帯電ナノ粒子が保存物の表面の水分子と結合して、保存物の表面に水和膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低温保存設備。
- 消毒および鮮度保持機能を有する低温保存設備の使用方法において、
実際のニーズや適用分野に応じてかつ保存設備の冷却剤を組み合わせて、保存設備の最適なパラメータ、温度およびその容積、構造および寸法の組み合わせを選択し、日常生活、医療、食品、科学研究、工業および農業生産の各分野に適用して、各種の特別かつ専用、異なる温度および異なる構造の低温保存設備を作製して、省エネ、低温保存時間を延ばすという目的を達成することを特徴とする使用方法。
