本発明によるコーティングを形成するための以下のコーティング材料20を作製する。
70部 CN307 ポリブタジエンジメタクリラート、Sartomer社、60℃での粘性750mPas
20部 SR833S トリシクロデカンジメタノールジアクリラート、Sartomer社
5部 Irgacure 500 比率1:1での1−ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトンおよびベンゾフェノン50%の混合物から成る光開始剤、BASF社
5部 Ebecryl 7100 アミン官能性のアクリラート共開始剤
85部 Ebecryl 184 HDDA含有ウレタンアクリラートオリゴマー、Cytec社
5部 HDDA ヘキサンジオールジアクリラート、Cytec社
5部 Irgacure 500 比率1:1での1−ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトンおよびベンゾフェノン50%の混合物から成る光開始剤、BASF社

分子量
数平均分子量Mnおよび重量平均分子量Mw(またはその他の分子量)の分子量決定は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィ(GPC)によって行った。溶離液として、THF(テトラヒドロフラン)をトリフルオロ酢酸0.1体積%と共に用いた。測定は25℃で行った。プレカラムとして、PSS−SDV、5μ、103Å、ID8.0mm×50mmを使用した。分離には、カラムPSS−SDV、5μ、103ならびに105および106を、それぞれID8.0mm×300mmで用いた。試料濃度は4g/l、貫流量は1分当たり1.0mlであった。ポリスチレン標準に対して測定した。

Claims (11)
- 2つの面を有する薄ガラスフィルム(10)が用意され、
前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の少なくとも一方の面が、少なくとも1種の乾燥剤を含む流体状コーティング材料(20)で好ましくは平面的に、特に好ましくは全面的にコーティングされ、
前記コーティング材料(20)が、前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の少なくとも一方の面の上で、固体のポリマー層へと凝固し、
コーティングされた薄ガラスフィルム(10)が貯蔵のために巻かれることによる、薄ガラスフィルム(10)の貯蔵方法。 - コーティングされた薄ガラスフィルム(10)が、巻かれた薄ガラスフィルム(10)の径方向の外側の面がポリマーコーティングでコーティングされるように巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング材料(20)として、溶液、分散体、または溶融体で存在しているポリマーが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ポリマーの構成成分が、少なくとも一方のフィルム面に施され、施された構成成分にエネルギーが供給され、構成成分が前記コーティング材料(20)へと反応することを特徴とする請求項1、2、または3に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング材料(20)の粘性が、1mPas超かつ108Pas未満、好ましくは105未満、特に好ましくは10Pas未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ポリマーコーティングの薄ガラスフィルム(10)とは反対の面に、耐浸透性の追加バリア層(30)が施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ポリマーコーティングが、前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の少なくとも一方の面から引き剥がされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の一方の面が、シラン含有コーティング材料(20)でコーティングされ、ポリマーコーティングが永続的に薄ガラスフィルム(10)上に留まることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 流体状コーティング材料(20)から凝固した層が、薄ガラスフィルム(10)と可逆的に結合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 2つの面を有する薄ガラスフィルム(10)を備え、
前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の面の少なくとも一方の上で凝固しており、かつ少なくとも一方の面に全面的に直に接触しており、かつ前記薄ガラスフィルム(10)の径方向の外側の面に施されている、少なくとも1種の乾燥剤を含む全面的なポリマーコーティングを備えた、巻かれた薄ガラス複合体(31) - ポリマーコーティングの薄ガラスフィルム(10)とは反対の面に、追加的で耐浸透性のバリア層(30)が全面的に施されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の巻かれた薄ガラス複合体(31)。
