Abstract
Description
本出願は、2014年4月30日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/986,321号および2014年6月4日に出願された欧州出願第14171135.8号の優先権およびその利益を主張し、これらの全内容は参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (25)
- 金属含浸触媒から一酸化炭素を脱着させる方法であって、触媒リアクターシステムから約30〜500℃および約−90kPa(g)〜5,000kPa(g)でガスをパージし、その間前記触媒が水素の存在下にある工程を含み、前記パージが前記触媒リアクターシステム中の一酸化炭素濃度を約1ppm以下に低減する、方法。
- 前記パージが少なくとも2回の加圧/減圧サイクルを行うことによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水素が、約0.3ppm以下の一酸化炭素を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧/減圧サイクルが、前記触媒リアクターシステムを約0.3ppm以下の一酸化炭素を含むガスで少なくとも約500kPa(g)に加圧し、その後前記触媒リアクターシステムを約200kPa(g)以下に減圧することを含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスが窒素または水素を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧/減圧サイクルが4回繰り返される、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒リアクターシステムが、最初の加圧/減圧サイクルの前に約200kPa(g)以下に減圧される、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 100〜280℃の温度範囲内にある前記触媒リアクターシステムからリアクターシステムガスがパージされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 140〜200℃の温度範囲内にある前記触媒リアクターシステムからリアクターシステムガスがパージされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記リアクターおよび前記触媒の温度が、前記ガスパージを行なう前に200℃超には上げられない、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 240〜260℃の温度範囲内にある前記触媒リアクターシステムからリアクターシステムガスがパージされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記リアクターおよび前記触媒の温度が、前記ガスパージを行なう前に280℃超には上げられない、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記パージ前に前記触媒リアクターシステム中の酸素濃度を約0.1%以下に低減して、一酸化炭素濃度を低減することをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸された金属が、10族金属、2種以上の10族金属の組み合わせ、10族金属と6〜12族から選ばれた非10族金属との組み合わせ、または2種以上の10族金属と6〜12族から選ばれた1種以上の非10族金属との組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記10族金属、または前記2種以上の10族金属の組み合わせのうちの1種、が白金を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記6〜12族金属が、パラジウム、イリジウム、レニウム、銅、銀、金、ルテニウム、鉄、タングステン、モリブデン、コバルト、ニッケル、スズおよび亜鉛から成る群から選ばれる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 金属含浸触媒を含む触媒リアクターシステム中の一酸化炭素濃度を低減する方法であって、
a)前記触媒リアクターシステムに水素を供給する工程であって、前記水素が約0.3ppm以下の一酸化炭素を含む工程、
b)前記触媒リアクターシステムを約100〜200℃で操業する工程、
c)前記触媒リアクターシステムを約200kPa(g)以下に減圧する工程、
d)前記触媒リアクターシステムを約0.3ppm以下の一酸化炭素を含有するガスで少なくとも約500kPa(g)に加圧する工程、
e)前記触媒リアクターシステムを約200kPa(g)以下に減圧する工程、および
f)前記工程d)およびe)を少なくとももう一度繰り返して、前記触媒リアクターシステム中の一酸化炭素濃度を約1ppm以下に低減する工程
を含む方法。 - 前記工程b)およびc)が同時に行われる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)およびe)が3回繰り返され、合計4回の加圧/減圧サイクルが行われる、請求項17または18に記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記ガスが窒素または水素を含む、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 140〜200℃の温度範囲内にある前記触媒リアクターシステムからリアクターシステムガスがパージされる、請求項17〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記リアクターおよび前記触媒の温度が、前記ガスパージを行なう前に200℃を超えて上げられない、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記含浸された金属が、10族金属、2種以上の10族金属の組み合わせ、10族金属と6〜12族から選ばれた非10族金属との組み合わせ、または2種以上の10族金属と6〜12族から選ばれた1種以上の非10族金属との組み合わせを含む、請求項17〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記10族金属、または前記2種以上の10族金属の組み合わせのうちの1種、が白金を含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記6〜12族金属が、パラジウム、イリジウム、レニウム、銅、銀、金、ルテニウム、鉄、タングステン、モリブデン、コバルト、ニッケル、スズおよび亜鉛から成る群から選ばれる、請求項23に記載の方法。
