Claims (8)
- バッテリ管理装置であって、
少なくとも1つの可換バッテリモジュールと、バッテリパック管理ユニットとを含み、
それぞれの可換バッテリモジュールは、バッテリ管理ユニットと、リレー設定と、バッテリセルパッケージを含み、
前記バッテリ管理ユニットは、電圧測定回路と、メモリ回路を含み、前記電圧測定回路及び前記メモリ回路は、互いに絶縁されており、
前記リレー設定は、前記可換バッテリモジュールの内部回路を切り替えるためにあり、
前記バッテリセルパッケージは、前記バッテリ管理ユニットに接続され、前記バッテリ管理装置の電源であり、
前記バッテリパック管理ユニットは、少なくとも1つの前記可換バッテリモジュールの前記電圧測定回路に接続され、
前記電圧測定回路は、前記バッテリセルパッケージによって動力を与えられ、
前記電圧測定回路は、前記バッテリパック管理ユニットに電圧情報を出力し、
前記メモリ回路にバッテリ操作データが保存され、
前記メモリ回路は、メモリ入出力コネクタを介して前記バッテリパック管理ユニットによってのみアクセス可能である、
バッテリ管理装置。 - 前記バッテリ管理ユニットは、第一セクション及び第二セクションにさらに分けられ、
前記電圧測定回路は、前記第一セクションに含まれ、前記メモリ回路は、前記第二セクションに含まれ、前記電圧測定回路及び前記メモリ回路は、互いに分離され、絶縁される、
請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置。 - 前記第一セクションは、分離回路をさらに含み、前記分離回路は、前記バッテリパック管理ユニット及び前記電圧測定回路の間に配置される、
請求項2に記載のバッテリ管理装置。 - 前記メモリ回路は、メモリ入出力コネクタを介して、バッテリパック管理ユニットの低電圧源によって動力を与えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メモリ回路は、不揮発性メモリ回路である、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- バッテリセルパッケージは、複数のバッテリセルを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記バッテリパック管理ユニットは、充電操作をするために充電システムに接続され、前記充電システムは、前記バッテリ操作データを、前記バッテリパック管理ユニットを介してメモリ回路から読み込み、前記充電操作は実行され、少なくとも1つの可換バッテリモジュールのステータスが、現在及び過去の電気的特性を比較した結果に基いて前記充電システムによって分析される、請求項1に記載のバッテリ管理装置
- 前記バッテリ管理装置は、電気自動車に使用され、前記バッテリパック管理ユニットは、電気自動車の電気制御ユニットに接続され、前記電気制御ユニットは、バッテリ操作データをバッテリパック管理ユニットを介してメモリ回路から読み込む、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック管理ユニット。
