Abstract
Description
−アノードおよびカソードと、
−少なくともアノードとカソードの間に存在し、リチウムイオン伝導塩溶液を有する電解質ゲルとを含んでおり、
−電解質ゲルが、リチウムイオン伝導塩溶液に濡れ得る少なくとも30mN/mの表面張力を有する繊維を内包している、リチウムセルである。
Claims (17)
- アノード(2)およびカソード(3)と、
少なくともアノードとカソードの間に存在し、リチウムイオン伝導塩溶液を有する電解質ゲル(4)とを含んでおり、
電解質ゲル(4)が、リチウムイオン伝導塩溶液に濡れ得る少なくとも30mN/mの表面張力を有する繊維(6、7)を内包している、リチウムセル(1)。 - 繊維(6、7)が、ポリマー繊維(6)および/またはガラス繊維(7)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のリチウムセル。
- ポリマー繊維が、プラスチックおよびバイオポリマーならびにそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項2に記載のリチウムセル。
- ポリマー繊維が少なくとも39mN/mの表面張力を有する、請求項2または3に記載のリチウムセル。
- ポリマー繊維が、セルロース、ポリラクチド、ポリヒドロキシブチラート、キチン、デンプン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、およびポリイミドならびにそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- 電解質ゲルが、
ゲルマトリクスと、
ゲルマトリクス中に存在する非水溶性で極性のリチウムイオン伝導塩溶液とを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。 - ゲルマトリクスが、非水溶性のリチウムイオン伝導塩溶液と接触すると膨潤するポリマーを含む、請求項6に記載のリチウムセル。
- ポリマーが、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン−co−ヘキサフルオロプロペン(PVDF−HFP)、およびそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項7に記載のリチウムセル。
- リチウムイオン伝導塩溶液が、リチウムイオン伝導塩および非水溶性で極性の溶剤を含んでいる、請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- 電解質ゲルにおける繊維の割合が、0.05重量%〜70重量%の間、好ましくは0.1重量%〜50重量%の間である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- 繊維の長さが、0.01mm〜3mmの間、好ましくは0.1〜2mmの間である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- 電解質ゲル中に存在する個々の繊維が相互に結合していない、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- アノードが、リチウムイオンを吸蔵および放出し得る材料を含み、かつカソードがリチウム化金属酸化物を含む、リチウムイオン蓄電池として形成された請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- アノードが、リチウム金属を含むかまたはリチウム金属から成る、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセル。
- 相互に電気的に接続されている少なくとも2つの請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載のリチウムセルを含むバッテリー。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリーを含む自動車。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリーを含むモバイル機器または定置式エネルギー貯蔵器。
