Abstract
Description
・誘電体材料からなる下層又は誘電体材料からなる複数の下層のセット、
・ケイ素をも含むチタン酸化物をベースとする層であって、該層中の全体としてのSi/Ti原子比が0.01と0.25の間であり、該層においてSi及びTiが酸素以外の原子の少なくとも90%であり、好ましくは少なくとも95%、又はさらには少なくとも97%であり、さらには酸素以外の原子のすべてあり、該層の物理的な厚さが20nmと70nmの間、好ましくは20nmと50nmの間である、ケイ素をも含むチタン酸化物をベースとする層、
・誘電体材料からなる上層又は誘電体材料からなる複数の上層のセット、
からなる。
・上層と下層を構成する誘電体材料は、亜鉛酸化物、ケイ素酸化物、スズ酸化物、チタン酸化物、亜鉛スズ酸化物、ケイ素及び/又はアルミニウム窒化物、そしてケイ素及び/又はアルミニウム酸窒化物から選ばれる。
・下層の全体としての光学的厚さは30nmと90nmの間、より好ましくは40nmと70nmの間である。
・上層の全体としての光学的厚さは7nmと30nmの間、より好ましくは10nmと20nmの間である。
・グレージングは、ガラスの表面とチタン酸化物の層との間に2つの下層を含み、該2つの下層は、ケイ素酸化物をベースとし物理的な厚さが好ましくは10nmと20nmの間である1つの層と、窒化ケイ素をベースとし物理的な厚さが好ましくは15nmと25nmの間である1つの層を含む。
・グレージングは、ガラスの表面とチタン酸化物の層との間に、窒化ケイ素をベースとし物理的な厚さが好ましくは15nmと35nmの間である単一の下層を含む。
・グレージングは、チタン酸化物の層の上に、物理的な厚さが好ましくは5nmと10nmの間であるケイ素酸化物をベースとする上層と、厚さが好ましくは1nmと3nmの間であるチタン酸化物をベースとする上層とが連続しているものを含む。
・第一の実施形態によると、前記Si/Ti比はチタン酸化物をベースとする層の厚さ全体を通して均一である。
・前のものとは異なる別の実施形態によると、チタン酸化物をベースとする層は、Si/Ti比が0と0.20との間の範囲である複数の層の連続しているものを含む。
・層中の全体のSi/Ti原子比は0.05と0.20の間であり、より好ましくは0.05と0.15の間である。
・グレージングの光透過率TLは50%と80%の間、より好ましくは60%と70%の間であり、そして日射係数SFはTLの値付近である。「付近」という語は、2つの値の差が5%未満であり、より好ましくは3%未満、又はさらには約1%であることを意味することを意図している。
・チタン酸化物をベースとする層は、例に応じてケイ素又はジルコニウムをも含む金属チタンターゲットを用いて被着させ、ターゲットは種々のチタン酸化物ベースの層の被着のために酸化雰囲気下でプラズマにさらされる。
・窒化ケイ素層は、8質量%のアルミニウムを含み、窒素を含む反応性雰囲気(SiNxのために40%のAr及び60%のN2)中でプラズマにさらされる金属ケイ素ターゲットを用いて被着させる。それゆえ、窒化ケイ素層は少量のアルミニウムをも含む。
・ケイ素酸化物層は、酸化反応性雰囲気中でプラズマにさられる、前のものと同一組成を有する金属ケイ素ターゲットを用いて被着させる。
先行の国際公開第2007/028913号の教示によるこの比較例では、ケイ素窒化物の下層、チタン酸化物TiOxの層、及びSiO2とTiOxの2つの上層からなるスタックを、下記の順番に従ってガラス基材上に被着させる。
ガラス/SiNx(30nm)/TiOx(22nm)/SiO2(7nm)/TiOx(1nm)
本発明によるこの例では、例1により説明したスタックと同様のスタックを同一の基材上に被着させるが、TiOx層をケイ素も含むTiOxベースの層で置き換える。この層は、90/10の原子割合のチタンとケイ素の合金を含む金属ターゲットを用いて被着させる。スタックの種々の構成層の厚さも、得られたグレージングのエネルギー性能が先行の例1によるグレージングのそれと同一になるように、該分野の技術により調節する。
ガラス/SiNx(23nm)/Ti0.9Si0.1Ox(31nm)/SiO2(7nm)/TiOx(1nm)
この比較例では、例1により説明したのと同一の性質のスタックを同一の基材上に被着させるが、TiOx層をジルコニウムも含むTiOxベースの層で置き換える。この層は、90/10の原子割合のチタンとジルコニウムの合金を含む金属ターゲットを用いて被着させる。スタックの種々の構成層の厚さを、得られたグレージングのエネルギー性能が先行の例1によるグレージングのそれと同一になるように、やはり該分野の技術により調節する。
ガラス/SiNx(25nm)/Ti0.9Zr0.1Ox(30nm)/SiO2(7nm)/TiOx(1nm)
・透過率TL:光源D65による%としての光透過率。
・ガラス側の光反射率:%としての(RLv)。
・a*(Rv),b*(Rv):L*,a*,b*測色系による外部反射の色座標。
・層側の光反射率:%としての(RLc)。
・a*(Rc),b*(Rc):L*,a*,b*測色系による外部反射の色座標。
・エネルギー透過率:建物に入る総エネルギーの入射太陽エネルギーに対する比を測定する%としての日射係数SF。
ΔE* = (ΔL*2+Δa*2+Δb*2)1/2
式中のΔL*、Δa*及びΔb*は熱処理の前と後でのL*、a*及びb*の測定値の差である。
Claims (15)
- 太陽放射線に対して作用する薄層のスタックを備えた基材、好ましくはガラス基材を含む太陽光保護グレージングであって、該スタックがガラスの表面から出発して以下の一連の層、すなわち、
・誘電体材料からなる下層又は誘電体材料からなる複数の下層のセット、
・ケイ素をも含むチタン酸化物をベースとする層であって、該層中の全体としてのSi/Ti原子比が0.01と0.25の間であり、且つ該層においてSi及びTiが酸素以外の原子の少なくとも90%であり、該層の厚さは20nmと70nmの間である、ケイ素をも含むチタン酸化物をベースとする層、
・誘電体材料からなる上層又は誘電体材料からなる複数の上層のセット、
からなる、太陽光保護グレージング。 - 上層及び下層を構成している誘電体材料が、亜鉛酸化物、ケイ素酸化物、スズ酸化物、チタン酸化物、亜鉛スズ酸化物、ケイ素及び/又はアルミニウム窒化物、そしてケイ素及び/又はアルミニウム酸窒化物から選ばれる、請求項1記載のグレージング。
- 下層の全体としての光学的厚さが30nmと90nmの間である、請求項1又は2記載のグレージング。
- 上層の全体としての光学的厚さが7nmと30nmの間である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- ガラスの表面とチタン酸化物の層との間に2つの下層を含み、該2つの下層がケイ素酸化物をベースとする1つの層とケイ素窒化物をベースとする1つの層とを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- ガラスの表面とチタン酸化物の層との間にケイ素窒化物をベースとする単一の下層を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- チタン酸化物の層の上に、ケイ素酸化物をベースとする上層とチタン酸化物をベースとする上層とが連続しているものを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- 前記Si/Ti比がチタン酸化物をベースとする層の厚さ全体を通して均一である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- チタン酸化物をベースとする層が、Si/Ti比が0と0.20の間の範囲である複数の層の連続しているものを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- 層中の全体としてのSi/Ti原子比が0.05と0.20の間、好ましくは0.05と0.15の間である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- 光透過率TLが50%と80%の間、好ましくは60%と70%の間であり、そして日射係数SFがTLの値付近である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- 曲げ加工、焼き戻し及び/又はアニール処理タイプの熱処理を受けていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載のグレージング。
- 追加のコーティングにより少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは完全に不透明化されており、該コーティングがエナメル又はラッカーの形態である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載のスパンドレルグレージング。
- エナメル又はラッカーの形態の追加のコーティングが前記層のスタックの上に被着されている、請求項13記載のスパンドレルグレージング。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載のグレージング又はパネルを取り込んでいる、多層グレージング、特に二層グレージング。
