Claims (10)
- ハウジング(2)と、圧電素子(6)が固定されたダイアフラム(4)と、アースコネクタ(24)を備えた電気コネクタ領域(8)と、を有する超音波センサ(1)であって、
非導電性材料からなる層(21)が、前記ダイアフラム(4)と前記圧電素子(6)との間に配設されており、
前記ダイアフラム(4)は、前記アースコネクタ(24)に導電的に連結されている、
ことを特徴とする超音波センサ。 - 前記非導電性の層(21)は、前記圧電素子(6)の電極(20)に塗布された塗料である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記圧電素子(6)は、前記塗料の層(21)とともに前記ダイアフラム(4)に接着剤(22)によって固定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記ダイアフラム(4)は、前記ハウジング(2)に固定されたダイアフラム本体(3)と一体の部分である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記ダイアフラム本体(3)は、前記ダイアフラム(4)から離間した側に、径方向のフランジ(5)を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記フランジ(5)は端面(7)を有し、前記端面(7)には導電性表面が設けられている、及び/又は導電性材料からなる被覆が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の超音波センサ。 - 径方向のフランジ(13)と、前記ダイアフラム本体(3)に向かう突起(14)とが前記ハウジング(2)に形成されており、これらは前記ダイアフラム本体(3)に設けられた前記フランジ(5)を受容する役割を果たす、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の超音波センサ。 - 導電性材料からなる、及び/又は導電性の端表面を有する分離要素(17)が、前記ダイアフラム本体(3)の前記フランジ(5)と前記ハウジング(2)の前記フランジ(13)との間に配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記アースコネクタ(24)に連結された接触要素(16)が、前記分離要素(17)の端面に当接している、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波センサ。 - 前記電気コネクタ領域(8)は、前記ハウジング(2)に設けられた突起(14)において構成されたプラグ(23)を備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の超音波センサ。
