Abstract
Description
比較例1ではシリコン(Si)、チタン(Ti)及び鉄(Fe)を混合して、負極活物質の組成がSi70Ti15Fe15の組成を有することを除き実施例1と等しく負極活物質を製造した。
製造された負極活物質に対してSEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy)分析を遂行した。図1a乃至図1iは実施例1乃至実施例9の負極活物質を拡大したSEM写真であり、図1jは比較例1の負極活物質を拡大したSEM写真である。
実施例1乃至9で製造された負極活物質に対してCu kα線XRD測定を遂行して、その結果を図2a乃至図2dに示した。そして、比較例1で製造された負極活物質に対してCu kα線XRD測定を遂行して、その結果を図2eに示した。
実施例1乃至実施例9及び比較例1で製造された負極活物質を利用してコイン形状の二次電池を製造して、充放電評価を実施した。コイン形状の極板の製造時に活物質、導電剤(KB系列導電剤)及びバインダー(PAI系列バインダー)の混合の割合は、重量比86.6:3.4:10(活物質:導電剤:バインダー)になるようにして製造した。製造された極板に対して充放電を1回実施した後活物質充電量(mAh/g)、活物質放電量(mAh/g)及び初期効率(%)を測定したし、その結果を図3に示した。
Claims (6)
- 40乃至60at%のシリコン(Si)と、
銅(Cu)及びアルミニウム(Al)を含む合金を含んで、
前記合金に含まれる前記銅(Cu)に対する前記アルミニウム(Al)の割合は30対70乃至65対35であり、
前記合金内で前記シリコン(Si)は実質的に金属間化合物を形成しないことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用負極活物質。 - 前記合金に含まれる前記銅(Cu)に対する前記アルミニウム(Al)の割合は50対50であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。
- 前記合金に前記銅(Cu)がAat%で含まれて、前記アルミニウム(Al)がBat%で含まれるとする時に、A+Bは30乃至40であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。
- 前記合金は1乃至5at%の鉄(Fe)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。
- 前記合金は1乃至5at%のチタン(Ti)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。
- 前記合金は1乃至5at%のジルコニウム(Zr)をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極活物質。
