− キザロホップ−p−エチル及びテプラロキシジム。
ドクムギとして知られている雑草に対する本発明において言及される除草剤組成物の効果を示すために、試験を行った。ネズミムギ又はイタリアンライグラス(Lolium multiflorum)とも呼ばれるこの植物は、従来、有害生物であると考えられてきた。
また、ノスズメノテッポウと呼ばれる第2の雑草に対する、本発明に言及される除草剤組成物の効果を示すために試験を実施した。この植物は、一年生植物であり、従来、耕地において雑草として認識されてきた。
Claims (18)
- アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する第1の化合物と、シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する第2の化合物とを含有する除草剤組成物であって、
前記第1の化合物及び前記第2の化合物が1:1.5〜1:4の変動比で前記組成物中に含有され、即ち、前記第2の化合物の量が、前記第1の化合物よりも1.5倍〜4倍多く、前記組成物中の前記第1の化合物の比率が、20%〜40%であり、前記組成物中の前記第2の化合物の比率が、60%〜80%であることを特徴とする除草剤組成物。 - 前記第1の化合物及び前記第2の化合物が、1:1.8〜1:2.2の変動比に従って前記組成物中に含有され、即ち、前記組成物中の前記第2の化合物の量が、前記第1の化合物の量よりも1.8倍〜2.2倍多く、前記組成物中の前記第1の化合物の比率が、31.2%〜35.7%であり、前記組成物中の前記第2の化合物の比率が、64.3%〜68.8%である請求項1に記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する前記第1の化合物と前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する前記第2の化合物との比が、1:2のオーダーであり、即ち、前記第2の化合物の量が、前記第1の化合物の量よりも2倍多く、前記組成物中の前記第1の化合物の比率が、66.7%のオーダーであり、前記組成物中の前記第2の化合物の比率が、33.3%のオーダーである請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する前記第1の化合物が、キザロホップ−p−エチル、ハロキシホップ、プロパキザホップ、キザロホップ−p−テフリル、フルアジホップ−p−ブチル、及びフェノキサプロップ−エチル、これら化合物の異性体、及びこれら化合物の塩類から選択される請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する前記第2の化合物が、クレトジム、シクロキシジム、テプラロキシジム、これら化合物の異性体、及びこれら化合物の塩類から選択される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する前記化合物が、キザロホップ−p−エチルであり、前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する前記化合物が、クレトジムである請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する前記第1の化合物の質量濃度が、65.6g/L〜75g/Lで変動し、前記組成物中の前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する前記第2の化合物の質量濃度が、135g/L〜144.4g/Lで変動する請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記組成物中の前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する前記第1の化合物の質量濃度が、70g/Lであり、前記組成物中の前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する前記第2の化合物の質量濃度が、140g/Lである請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物。
- 前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネートファミリーに属する少なくとも前記第1の化合物と前記シクロヘキサンジオンファミリーに属する少なくとも前記第2の化合物とを含む請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物を用いて、栽培植物が作付けされている田畑において発育することができる少なくとも1つの雑草を管理する方法であって、前記組成物0.2L〜1.5L又は0.5L〜0.8Lを合計体積50L〜300Lの適切な水溶液に希釈し、前記田畑1ヘクタール当たりこの体積を施用する方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の組成物を用いて、栽培植物が作付けされている田畑において発育することができる少なくとも1つの雑草を管理する方法であって、前記第1の化合物の施用量が、前記田畑1ヘクタール当たり13.1g〜112.5g、又は前記田畑1ヘクタール当たり32.8g〜60g、又は更には前記田畑1ヘクタール当たり35g〜56gであり、前記第2の化合物の施用量が、前記田畑1ヘクタール当たり27g〜216.6g、又は67.5g〜115.5g、又は更には70g〜112gである方法。
- 前記施用工程の前に、前記組成物を補助油と混合する請求項9から10のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの雑草を管理する方法。

- 双子葉作物を処理するための請求項12から13のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物の使用。
- セイヨウアブラナ(Brassica napus)、ビートルート(Beta vulgaris)、エンドウ(Pisum sativum)、ヒマワリ(Helianthus annuus)、アマ(Linum usitatissimum)、ダイズ(Glycine max)、及びムラサキウマゴヤシ(Medicago sativa)から選択される作物を処理するための請求項14に記載の除草剤組成物の使用。

- 前記アリールオキシフェノキシプロピオネート化合物が、24.5g/haの量で施用され、前記シクロヘキサンジオン化合物が、49g/haの量で施用される請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の除草剤組成物の使用。
