Claims (20)

- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、約400g/m2から約800g/m2の坪量を有し、およびGeorgia−Pacific浮揚紙飽和試験STP−415に従って測定して、24時間を超える耐油脂性浮揚値を有することを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記保護バリアの上側の表面が、前記基材シートの前記第1の表面を含み、および前記保護バリアの下側の表面が、前記エネルギー吸収層を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記基材シートが、約0.1mmから約5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記基材シートが、約10までの板紙層を含み、および前記基材シートが、約6までの糊付け層を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、各板紙層が、約0.05mmから約2mmの厚さを有し、天然繊維、合成繊維、リサイクルされた繊維、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含み、約23℃で前記板紙層の1g当たり約1gの水から前記板紙層の1g当たり約7gの水の吸水性を有することを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記糊付け層が、約0.05mmから約2mmの厚さを有し、1種以上の糊付け剤および天然繊維、合成繊維、リサイクルされた繊維、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含み、約20g/m2から約80g/m2の坪量を有することを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記糊付け層が、1種以上の糊付け剤を含み、前記1種以上の糊付け剤が、粘土系材料、ロジン、ラテックス、ラテックス系材料、デンプン、加工デンプン、ゼラチン、ワックス、アクリル系コポリマー、アルキルケテンダイマー(AKD)、アルキルコハク酸無水物(ASA)、ポリアミド−エピハロヒドリン(PAE)、スチレン無水マレイン酸(SMA)、スチレンアクリル系エマルション(SAE)、スチレンアクリル酸(SAA)、エチレンアクリル酸(EAA)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記エネルギー吸収層が、約0.05mmから約2mmの厚さを有し、天然繊維、合成繊維、リサイクルされた繊維、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含み、約50g/m2から約400g/m2の坪量を有することを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記エネルギー吸収層が、1直線メートル当たり約50から1直線メートル当たり約1,000の縦溝を有する波形の層を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記エネルギー吸収層が、サイズAの縦溝、サイズBの縦溝、サイズCの縦溝、サイズEの縦溝、サイズFの縦溝、または任意のそれらの組合せの波形の層を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記エネルギー吸収層が、複数の縦溝および複数の支持部材を含み、前記縦溝および前記支持部材が、前記エネルギー吸収層の下側の表面に沿って伸びており、前記縦溝と前記支持部材とが、互いに実質的に垂直であり、および前記エネルギー吸収層が、前記エネルギー吸収層の1直線メートル当たり約5から約50の支持部材を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記保護バリアの上側の表面が、前記基材シートの前記第1の表面を含み、前記保護バリアの下側の表面が、前記エネルギー吸収層を含み、前記エネルギー吸収層が、1直線メートル当たり約50から1直線メートル当たり約1,000の縦溝を有する波形の層を含み、および前記エネルギー吸収層が、サイズAの縦溝、サイズBの縦溝、サイズCの縦溝、サイズEの縦溝、サイズFの縦溝、または任意のそれらの組合せの波形の層を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記第1の板紙層、前記第2の板紙層、前記1つ以上の糊付け層、または前記エネルギー吸収層の少なくとも1つが、湿潤強化剤を含み、前記湿潤強化剤が、ポリアミド−エピハロヒドリン(PAE)樹脂、スチレン無水マレイン酸(SMA)、スチレンマレイミド(SMI)、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記基材シートと前記エネルギー吸収層との間に配置された接着剤層をさらに含み、前記接着剤層が、デンプン系接着剤、イソシアネート樹脂、尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂、フェノール−尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、レソルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、フェノール−レソルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン−尿素−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 請求項1に記載の保護バリアであって、前記第1の板紙層、前記第2の板紙層、前記1つ以上の糊付け層、または前記エネルギー吸収層の少なくとも1つが、難燃剤を含み、前記難燃剤が、スチレンブタジエン、酢酸ビニルエチレンコポリマー、ラテックス、アルミニウム三水和物、水酸化アルミニウム、アルミナ三水和物、粘土、炭酸カルシウム、またはそれらの任意の混合物を含むことを特徴とする保護バリア。
- 2つ以上の板紙層の間に配置された1つ以上の糊付け層を含む基材シート;および
前記基材シートに固定されたエネルギー吸収層
を含む保護バリアであって、
前記保護バリアが、ASTM E96M−14の手順Aに従って測定して、約5g/645.2cm2/24時間から約150g/645.2cm2/24時間の水蒸気透過速度を有し、
前記糊付け層が、TAPPI T−559紙および板紙に関するグリース耐性のための標準的試験に従って測定して、約6から12の平均耐油脂性値を有し、
前記保護バリアが、Georgia−Pacific浮揚紙飽和試験STP−415に従って測定して、約3時間から約24の耐油脂性浮揚値を有し、
前記保護バリアが、約0.2mmから約10mmの厚さを有し、
前記保護バリアが、約0.25mから約4mの幅を有し、および
前記保護バリアが、約300g/m2から約800g/m2の坪量を有する
ことを特徴とする保護バリア。 - 保護バリアを作製する方法であって、
第1の板紙層、第2の板紙層、および1つ以上の糊付け層を含む基材シートを形成するステップであって、前記第1の板紙層が前記基材シートの第1の表面を形成し、前記第2の板紙層が前記基材シートの第2の表面を形成し、および前記1つ以上の糊付け層が前記第1の板紙層と前記第2の板紙層との間に配置されるステップ;および
エネルギー吸収層を前記第2の板紙層に固定するステップを含み、
前記保護バリアが、ASTM E96M−14の手順Aに従って測定して、約5g/645.2cm2/24時間から約150g/645.2cm2/24時間の水蒸気透過速度を有すること、
前記糊付け層が、TAPPI T−559紙および板紙に関するグリース耐性のための標準的試験に従って測定して、約6以上の平均耐油脂性値を有すること、および
前記保護バリアが、Georgia−Pacific浮揚紙飽和試験STP−415に従って測定して、約3時間以上の耐油脂性浮揚値を有する
ことを特徴とする方法。
