Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 周回シーリング(1)に沿って互いに整合隣接し、それぞれの間に一つの間隙(Z0、Z1、Z2、Z3)を形成する、流体用の上部流通穴(2、3)と下部流通穴(4、5)とを有する多数のプレート(P0、P1、P2、P3)を備えた熱交換及び/又は物質交換に適したプレート装置であって、
前記上部流通穴及び前記下部流通穴の一方のグループ(2、5)が少なくとも二種の流体に対応し、かつ適切に配設されたシーリングによってそれぞれ上方から下方に向かって貫流される一つおきのプレート間間隙(Z1、Z3)と連結され、前記プレート(P0、P1、P2、P3)の互いに整合した上部流通穴(2)内に、流出穴(6a)を有する、前記流体の少なくとも一方の流体用の分配ランス(6)が該流通穴を貫通して延びるように配置構成されたプレート装置において、
前記分配ランス(6)の流出穴(6a)は、混合されるべき流体用の前記一つおきのプレート間間隙(Z1、Z3)の間に配置されたプレート間間隙(Z0、Z2)に向けられていることを特徴とするプレート装置。 - 前記流出穴(6a)は大略半径方向下方に向けられて、前記一つおきのプレート間間隙(Z0、Z2)内に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記分配ランス(6)用の前記流通穴(2)は大略水平に延びる下部縁(2b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記水平に延びる下部縁(2b)は、前記流通穴(2)の直径の少なくとも60%の長さ、好ましくは75%の長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記プレート(P0、P1、P2、P3)は、前記分配ランス(6)を包囲する前記流通穴(2)の下部に少なくとも一個の小さなドレン穴(10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記ドレン穴(10)は、前記流通穴(2)を包囲するシーリング(2a)上の最深領域に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記分配ランス(6)は、液相の流体に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記分配ランス(6)を包囲する前記流通穴(2)の領域は、気相の流体に対応していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 互いに混合されるべき二種の流体にあっては、前記分配ランス(6)は半流動性の高い方の液体に対応させられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記分配ランス(6)に対応させられる液体は、他方の流体の吸収に適した液体であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記分配ランス(6)に対応させられる液体はイオン性液体であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記一つおきのプレート間間隙(Z0、Z2)に隣接して配置された前記プレート間間隙(Z1、Z3)は、熱媒又は冷媒に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 少なくとも、混合されるべき流体に対応させられる前記プレート間間隙(Z1、Z3)は、スペーサ(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記スペーサ(7)は波形材として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のプレート装置。
- 前記スペーサ(7)は多数の穴(7a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載のプレート装置。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項又は複数項に記載のプレート装置の吸収装置としての使用。
- 吸収プロセスを実施する二種の流体が前記一つおきのプレート間間隙(Z1、Z3)に対応させられ、二種の流体のいずれか一方が分配ランス(6)を通って流れることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の使用。
- 液状の流体又は粘稠性の高い方の流体が前記分配ランス(6)を通って流れることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の使用。
- ガス状又は蒸気状の流体が、前記分配ランス(6)を包囲する空間に流入することを特徴とする、請求項17又は18に記載の使用。
- 液状の流体はイオン性液体であることを特徴とする、請求項17から19のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
