Claims (16)
- 繊維スクリムを製造するための繊維敷設機であって、該繊維敷設機は、
機械フレーム(15)と、
水平方向のx方向で線状に走行可能なxキャリッジ(21)と、
成形工具(12)を位置決めするための、前記xキャリッジ(21)に配置され、かつ鉛直方向に延びる旋回軸線(25)を中心として旋回可能な工具テーブル(23)と、
成形工具(12)に繊維(13)を敷設するための、鉛直方向のz方向で前記工具テーブル(23)の上方に配置された繊維敷設ヘッド(26)と、
前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)によって敷設したい繊維(13)を供給するための繊維供給ユニット(42)と、を備え、
前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)は、yキャリッジ(28)によって、前記x方向に対して横方向に延びる水平方向のy方向で線状に走行可能であることを特徴とする、繊維スクリムを製造するための繊維敷設機。 - 前記xキャリッジ(21)は、xガイドレール(20)において走行可能であり、該xガイドレール(20)は、前記機械フレーム(15)の積込み側(8)から前記機械フレーム(15)の排出側(10)にまで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記工具テーブル(23)は、成形工具パレット(14)を機械的に緊締および緊締解除するための複数の緊締ユニット(27)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記工具テーブル(23)に成形工具パレット(14)を積み込み、かつ/または前記工具テーブル(23)から成形工具パレット(14)を排出するための、少なくとも1つのパレット操作ユニット(37,38)が設けられており、該パレット操作ユニット(37,38)は、特に前記機械フレーム(15)の前記積込み側(8)および/または排出側(10)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記機械フレーム(15)は、前記y方向に延びる少なくとも1つの横方向ビーム(17,18)を有しており、該横方向ビーム(17,18)に前記yキャリッジ(28)が配置されており、特に、
前記z方向で前記少なくとも1つの横方向ビーム(17,18)の下方に、前記工具テーブル(23)のための少なくとも1つの通過開口(35,36)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。 - 前記機械フレーム(15)が、2つの横方向ビーム(17,18)を有しており、該横方向ビーム(17,18)は、前記x方向で互いに間隔を空けていて、かつ該横方向ビーム(17,18)に、前記yキャリッジ(28)が走行可能に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記yキャリッジ(28)には、zキャリッジ(31)が配置されており、該zキャリッジ(31)は、前記z方向で線状に走行可能であり、前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)は、前記zキャリッジ(31)に配置されており、特に
制御ユニット(34)が設けられており、該制御ユニット(34)は、3次元の繊維スクリム(3)を製造するための前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)が、繊維(13)の敷設中に前記zキャリッジ(31)によって前記z方向に走行可能であるように、構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。 - 前記繊維供給ユニット(42)は、少なくとも1つの繊維パッケージ貯蔵部(43,44)と、少なくとも1つの変向エレメント(56)とを有しており、該少なくとも1つの変向エレメント(56)は、前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)に対して相対的に、前記少なくとも1つの繊維パッケージ貯蔵部(43,44)とは反対の側に位置して、特に前記yキャリッジ(28)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記繊維供給ユニット(42)は、前記繊維(13)に作用する力の動的な作用を補償するための少なくとも1つのダンサマガジン(48,49)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。
- 前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)は、機械ハウジング(58)の内部に配置されており、
前記機械ハウジング(58)の内室(59)を空気調節するための空調ユニット(63)が設けられており、特に
前記機械ハウジング(58)には、前記積込み側(8)および前記排出側(10)でハウジング開口(60,61)が形成されており、該ハウジング開口(60,61)はカバーエレメント(62)により閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機。 - 繊維スクリムを製造するための繊維敷設装置であって、該繊維敷設装置は、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも2つの繊維敷設機(2)と、
搬送装置(4,5)であって、前記少なくとも2つの繊維敷設機(2)に特に成形工具パレット(14)上に配置された成形工具(12)を積み込み、かつ/または前記少なくとも2つの繊維敷設機(2)から、特に成形工具パレット(14)上に配置された成形工具(12)を排出するための搬送装置(4,5)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、繊維スクリムを製造するための繊維敷設装置。 - 繊維スクリムの製造法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち
工具テーブル(23)および繊維敷設ヘッド(26)を備える繊維敷設機(2)を用意するステップであって、該繊維敷設機(2)は特に請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の繊維敷設機(2)として構成されている、ステップと、
特に成形工具パレット(14)上に配置されている成形工具(12)を前記工具テーブル(23)に自動的に積み込む、自動的な積込みステップと、
前記成形工具(12)に前記繊維敷設ヘッド(26)によって繊維(13)を敷設する敷設ステップと、
特に前記成形工具パレット(14)上に配置されている、繊維(13)を敷設された前記成形工具(12)を、前記工具テーブル(23)から自動的に排出する、自動的な排出ステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする、繊維スクリムの製造法。 - 前記自動的な積込みを、前記繊維敷設機(2)の積込み側(8)で行い、かつ前記自動的な排出を前記繊維敷設機(2)の排出側(10)で行い、前記排出側(10)は、特に前記積込み側(8)とは反対の側に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記繊維敷設機(2)への成形工具(12)の積込みおよび/または繊維敷設機(2)からの前記成形工具(12)の排出を、前記工具テーブル(23)への前記積込みおよび/または前記排出、および/または繊維(13)の敷設の間に並行して行うことを特徴とする、請求項12または13記載の方法。
- 前記自動的な積込みおよび前記自動的な排出のために、前記成形工具パレット(14)を緊締ユニット(27)によって前記工具テーブル(23)上に機械的に緊締し、かつ緊締解除することを特徴とする、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記自動的な積込みおよび前記自動的な排出のために、前記工具テーブル(23)がキャリッジ(28)によって専ら1つの方向に沿って線状に走行することを特徴とする、請求項12から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
