Claims (8)
- 焼結材料製部材(15)、詳細には歯科用部材及び特にセラミック製部材(16)のための焼結炉(1)であり、炉室容積(VK)を有する炉室(2)を備え、該炉室(2)の中には、加熱装置(5)と、前記炉室容積(VK)内にあって前記加熱装置(5)により境界されている総容積(VB)を有する収納スペース(9)と、前記総容積(VB)内にある有効容積(VN)を有する使用領域(10)とが配置されており、前記炉室(2)は複数の壁から成る外壁(3)を有し、該外壁には、物体容積(VO)を有する焼結部材(15)を前記収納スペース(9)に入れるために開くようになっている少なくとも1つの壁部分(7)が設けられている焼結炉(1)であって、
前記炉室(2)内の前記加熱装置(5)が、放熱野(13)を有する放熱器(6)を有し、
前記放熱器(6)が、前記収納スペース(9)の少なくとも1つの側面に配置されており、
少なくとも前記収納スペース(9)に配置されている前記有効容積(VN)が、前記放熱器(6)の直接的な前記放熱野(13)の中に配置されており、
−前記焼結部材(15)と前記放熱器(6)の最大間隔(d)が、最も大きい場合で、最大有効容積(VN)の二番目に大きい寸法(Dy)に該当することを特徴とする焼結炉(1)。 - −前記使用領域(10)の前記有効容積(NV)の、前記炉室(2)の前記炉室容積(VK)に対する比が1:50〜1:1であり、
−前記使用領域(10)の前記有効容積(VN)の、前記収納スペース(9)の前記総容積(VB)に対する比が1:20〜1:1であり、好ましくは1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の焼結炉(1)。 - 前記使用領域(10)の前記有効容積(VN)の、前記焼結部材(15)の物体容積(VO)に対する比が1,500:1〜1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の焼結炉(1)。
- 前記外壁が、前記放熱野(13)を通過させない炉室内壁及び/又は前記放熱野を跳ね返す炉室内壁を有し、該内壁は特に反射層を有しているか、又はリフレクターとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の焼結炉(1)。
- 前記加熱装置が、前記使用領域において20℃で、少なくとも200K/分の加熱速度を有する放熱器(6)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の焼結炉(1)。
- 前記放熱器(6)が、抵抗又は誘導によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の焼結炉(1)。
- 前記有効容積(VN)が最大20×20×40mm3であり、前記有効容積(VN)の寸法は最大で20mm×20mm×40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の焼結炉(1)。
- 前記放熱器が、カップ(11)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の焼結炉(1)。
