Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生システム用の流体透過性ヒーター組立品であって、前記流体透過性ヒーター組立品が、
基体であって前記基体を貫く開口部を含むものと、
前記開口部上に配置された導電性の実質的に平面のフィラメント配置と、
前記フィラメント配置を前記基体に機械的に固定する締付手段とを備え、前記締付手段が導電性であり、かつ前記フィラメント配置を通した加熱用電流を供給するための電気接点の役目をする、流体透過性ヒーター組立品。 - 前記フィラメント配置を前記基体に機械的に固定する前記締付手段が前記基体との締りばめまたは圧力ばめを提供する、請求項1に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記締付手段が前記基体の横側の部分上に延び、かつ弾力性の脚を備え、前記弾力性の脚が、前記フィラメント配置を前記基体の上面に押しつけ、また前記フィラメント配置および基体が前記弾力性の脚の間に配置される、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記基体が、その窪み内に前記フィラメント配置および前記締付手段を受けるための窪みを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記締付手段が前記基体の前記窪み内に挿入されたステープル様の要素である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記窪みおよび前記ステープル様の要素が対応する非平面の接触面を含む、請求項5に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記窪みが、前記基体の上面の少なくとも一部分を横切って延びる長軸方向の窪み、前記基体内の個別の貫通孔、または前記基体の周辺の窪みのどれか1つまたはその組み合わせである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記締付手段が前記長軸方向の窪み内に配置され締め付けられる弾力性の脚部分を備える、請求項7に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記フィラメント配置がメッシュを形成する複数のフィラメントを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- 前記基体が電気的に分離され、実質的に平面で、好ましくはディスク形の要素である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の流体透過性ヒーター組立品。
- エアロゾル発生システム用の流体透過性ヒーターを組み立てるための方法であって、前記方法が、
基体を提供し、前記基体を通して開口部を提供する工程と、
導電性フィラメントを前記基体の前記開口部上に配置する工程と、
締付手段によって前記フィラメントを前記基体に機械的に固定する工程と、
前記締付手段によって電気接点を前記フィラメントに提供する工程とを含む、方法。 - 窪みを前記基体内に提供し、前記締付手段を前記窪み内に押す工程をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 締付力が前記基体の上面に対して実質的に直角をなす方向に作用する、請求項11または12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
