Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 長手方向軸を有する身体管腔から組織を除去するための組織除去カテーテルであって、
前記身体管腔に挿入するよう構成されたカテーテル体であって、近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間で延在する長手方向軸を有し、前記遠位端に隣接する第1の長手方向の本体部分と、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の近位の第2の長手方向の本体部分とを含むカテーテル体と、
前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に連結される組織除去要素と、を備え、
前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角度位置を前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して調整するために、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分は、長さに沿って、かつ前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転可能である、組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記第1の長手方向本体部分に操作可能に接続され、前記第1の長手方向本体部分を長さに沿って、及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転し、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向本体部分の前記角度位置を調整するよう構成された角度位置決め機構をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度位置決め機構は、前記第1及び第2の長手方向の本体部分の間に配置され、前記第1の長手方向本体部分を長さに沿って、及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転し、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向本体部分の前記角度位置を調整するよう構成された、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度位置決め機構は原動機を備える、請求項A3に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体内で長手方向に延び、前記カテーテル体に対して長手方向軸の周りを回転するよう構成された組織除去ドライブシャフトであって、前記カテーテル体に対して前記組織除去要素に回転を付与するために前記組織除去要素に操作可能に接続された前記組織除去ドライブシャフトをさらに備え、
前記原動機は貫通口を画定する貫通孔モータを備え、前記組織除去ドライブシャフトは前記貫通孔モータの前記貫通開口部を通る、請求項4に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記カテーテル体の前記近位端に全体的に隣接する前記カテ−テルに取り付け可能な制御装置であって、前記カテーテル体の前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記並置部材に回転を付与するために、前記原動機の操作を制御する前記原動機に操作可能に接続可能な前記制御装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記制御装置は、電気制御信号を前記原動機に送信して前記原動機の操作を制御する制御回路と、ユーザが前記制御回路と通信することができるユーザインタフェースと、を含む、請求項6に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記第1の長手方向の本体部分は、並置力を前記カテーテル体の前記長手方向軸に対して略半径方向に前記組織除去要素に付与し、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔に挿入されるときに、前記組織除去要素を角度組織除去位置に配置するよう構成された並置部材を含み、前記並置部材は、前記並置部材の前記角度位置を前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して調整するために、長さに沿って及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転可能である、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に連結され、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の角変位を検出するよう構成された角度変位センサをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記組織除去要素は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分が長さに沿って、及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分対して回転し、前記組織除去要素の角度組織除去位置を調節するように、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に連結された、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 長手方向軸を有する身体管腔から組織を除去する組織除去カテーテルであって、
前記身体管腔に挿入するよう構成されたカテーテル体であって、近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と遠位端との間で延在する長手方向軸を有し、前記遠位端に隣接する第1の長手方向の本体部分と、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の近位の第2の長手方向の本体部分とを含むカテーテル体と、
前記カテーテル体に連結され、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔に挿入されるときに前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して角度組織除去位置に配置されるよう構成された組織除去要素であって、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転軸の周りを回転可能であり、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔に挿入されるときに前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の角度組織除去位置を調整する組織除去要素と、
前記組織除去要素に操作可能に接続され、前記組織除去要素を前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記回転軸の周りを回転させ、第1の角度組織除去位置から、前記第1の角度組織除去位置からオフセットされた第2の角度組織除去位置に、前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置を調整するよう構成された角度位置決め機構と、を備える組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記角度位置決め機構は、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記回転軸の周りで前記組織除去要素を回転させ、前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置を調節するように、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に操作可能に接続されている、請求項11に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 並置力を前記カテーテル体の前記長手方向軸に対して略半径方向に前記組織除去要素に付与し、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔に挿入されるときに、前記組織除去要素を前記角度組織除去位置に配置するよう構成された並置部材をさらに備え、前記角度位置決め機構は、前記並置部材に操作可能に接続され、前記カテーテル体の前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して、前記並置部材に選択的な回転を付与し、前記回転軸の周りで前記組織除去要素を回転させて前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置を調節する、請求項11に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度位置決め機構は原動機を備える、請求項12に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体内で長手方向に延び、前記カテーテル体に対して長手方向軸の周りを回転するよう構成された組織除去ドライブシャフトであって、前記カテーテル体に対して前記組織除去要素に回転を付与するために前記組織除去要素に操作可能に接続された前記組織除去ドライブシャフトをさらに備え、

- 全体的に前記組織除去要素に隣接する角度変位センサであって、前記角度位置決め機構によって付与された前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置の角度変位を検出するよう構成された前記角度変位センサをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサが前記角度位置決め機構によって付与された、前記組織除去要素の回転とともに回転するように、前記角度変位センサは、前記組織除去要素に操作可能に接続されている、請求項18に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体の前記近位端に全体的に隣接する前記カテ−テル体に取り付け可能な制御装置であって、前記制御装置は、
前記回転軸の周りを前記第2の長手方向体部分に対して前記組織除去要素に回転を付与し、前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置を調整する前記原動機の操作を制御するための前記原動機と、
前記角度位置決め機構によって付与された、前記組織除去要素の前記角度組織除去位置の前記角変位を示す前記角度変位センサからの信号を受信するための前記角度変位センサと、に操作可能に接続されている、請求項18に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記カテーテル体は、前記カテーテル体の長手方向に延びる第1の長手方向の内腔を画定し、前記組織除去カテーテルはさらに、
前記カテーテル体内の前記第1の長手方向の内腔内で長手方向に延び、前記カテーテル体に対して長手方向軸の周りを回転するよう構成された組織除去ドライブシャフトであって、前記カテーテル体に対して前記組織除去要素に回転を付与するために、前記組織除去要素に操作可能に接続された前記組織除去ドライブシャフトを備える、請求項11に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記角度位置決め機構は電動機を備え、前記組織除去カテーテルはさらに、
前記カテーテル体によって画定された第2の長手方向の内腔であって前記カテーテル体の長手方向に延び、前記第1の長手方向の内腔と分離された前記第2の長手方向の内腔と、
前記原動機に電気的に連結され、前記カテーテル体の前記近位端に向かって前記第2の長手方向内腔内で延びる少なくとも1つの第1の電線を備える、請求項21に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
