Abstract
Description
背板の第1表面に複数の光源ランプを設置するステップ1と、
背板の周辺に支持フレームを設置するステップ2と、
第1接続体が支持フレームに接続され、第2接続体が背板の第2表面に接続される取外し部材を取付けるステップ3と、
背板の第1表面側において、光源ランプの外側に第1表面を複数の間隔に分割するフィルム支持部を固定配置し、フィルム支持部に光学フィルムを取付け、バックライトモジュールを形成するステップ4と、
複数の液晶部品をフィルム支持部の上、光学フィルムの外側に取り付け、タイル型液晶パネルを形成するステップ5と、
を含む前記タイル型液晶パネルの組立方法を提供する。
図面において、同じ部材には同じ図面符号を使用する。図面は実際の比率に合わせて描いたものではない。
図1に示すように、バックライトモジュール10は背板11を含む。背板11の第1表面には光源ランプ12が設置されている。一実施例において、光源ランプ12は通常の蛍光灯、冷陰極蛍光ランプまたは発光ダイオード(即ち、LED)であることが好ましい。光源ランプ12と背板11の間の接続は、当業者が熟知しているものであり、ここで説明を繰り返さない。
先ず、図1に示すように、背板11の第1表面に複数の光源ランプ12を設置する。それから、背板11の周辺に支持フレーム13を設置する。その後、図2に示すように、第1続体21が支持フレーム13に接続され、第2接続体22が背板11の第2表面に接続される取外し部材20を取付ける。図5に示すように、背板11の第1表面側において、光源ランプ12の外側にフィルム支持部30を固定配置し、フィルム支持部30は背板11の第1表面側を複数の間隔33に分割する。図6に示すように、フィルム支持部30には光学部材40が固定配置され、よって1枚のバックライトモジュール10を形成する。最後に、図9に示すように、複数の液晶部品50をフィルム支持部30の上、光学フィルム40の外側に取り付け、タイル型液晶パネル60を形成する。
Claims (10)
- 背板、前記背板の第1表面に設けられた光源ランプ、前記背板の周縁に囲まれている支持フレーム及び前記支持フレームと前記背板の第2表面の間に接続されている取外し部材を含むバックライトモジュールと、前記バックライトモジュールと嵌合して使用される複数の液晶部品と、を備えるタイル型液晶パネルであって、
前記取外し部材は前記支持フレームに接続される第1接続体及び前記背板に接続される第2接続体を含み、前記第1接続体と第2接続体はヒンジにより接続される
ことを特徴とするタイル型液晶パネル。 - 前記支持フレームの周縁にはさらにゴムフレームが固定配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイル型液晶パネル。
- さらに、前記ゴムフレームに接続された、前記光源ランプの外側に設置され、前記第1表面を複数の間隔に分割するフィルム支持部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のタイル型液晶パネル。
- 前記それぞれの間隔には光学フィルムが取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタイル型液晶パネル。
- 前記フィルム支持部には、液晶部品が前記光学フィルムの外側に取付けられ、前記複数の液晶部品のそれぞれは前記第1表面の対応する間隔に位置合わせられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタイル型液晶パネル。
- 前記光源ランプは平行に設置された複数のランプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイル型液晶パネル。
- 請求項5に記載のタイル型液晶パネルを組み立てる方法であって、
前記背板の第1表面に複数の光源ランプを設置するステップ1と、
前記背板の周辺に支持フレームを設置するステップ2と、
第1接続体が前記支持フレームに接続され、第2接続体が前記背板の第2表面に接続される取外し部材を取付けるステップ3と、
前記背板の第1表面側、光源ランプの外側に、前記第1表面を複数の間隔に分割するフィルム支持部を固定配置し、前記フィルム支持部に光学フィルムを取付け、バックライトモジュールを形成するステップ4と、
前記複数の液晶部品を、前記フィルム支持部の上、光学フィルムの外側に取付け、タイル型液晶パネルを形成するステップ5と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップ5において、それぞれの前記複数の液晶部品をそれぞれ前記ステップ4における間隔に取付けることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- ステップ5において、先ず前記複数の液晶部品を1つの集合体に継ぎ合わせ、その後前記バックライトモジュールと一体に組み立てることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のタイル型液晶パネルを含むことを特徴とするタイル型テレビ。
