Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるワイヤは、導体からなる芯線1と、芯線1の外周を覆う絶縁皮膜2と、絶縁皮膜2の外周を覆い、無電解めっきの反応開始点となる触媒を含む触媒吸着皮膜3と、触媒吸着皮膜3の外周を覆う外周導体4を備える。本発明によれば、絶縁皮膜2の外周に触媒吸着皮膜3が設けられていることから、無電解めっきを行うことにより、厚さの均一な外周導体4を容易に形成することができる。

Claims (5)
- 導体からなる芯線と、
前記芯線の外周を覆う絶縁皮膜と、
前記絶縁皮膜の外周を覆い、無電解めっきの反応開始点となる触媒を含む触媒吸着皮膜と、
前記触媒吸着皮膜の外周を覆う外周導体と、を備えることを特徴とするワイヤ。 - 前記触媒吸着皮膜がポリピロールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤ。
- 導体からなる芯線の外周が絶縁皮膜で覆われた被覆導線を用意し、前記被覆導線の外周に触媒吸着皮膜を形成する工程と、
前記触媒吸着皮膜に吸着された触媒を反応開始点として無電解めっきを行うことにより、前記触媒吸着皮膜の外周に外周導体を形成する工程と、を備えることを特徴とするワイヤの製造方法。 - 巻芯部と、
前記巻芯部に巻回された請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤと、
前記ワイヤの一端に位置する前記芯線及び前記外周導体が共通に接続された第1の端子電極と、
前記ワイヤの他端に位置する前記芯線及び前記外周導体が共通に接続された第2の端子電極と、を備えることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記ワイヤは、隣接するターンが前記巻芯部上において離間するよう巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
