Abstract
【解決手段】 ポンプ装置100は、可変容量型の第1ポンプ10における斜板11の傾転角度を制御する傾転アクチュエータ15と、制御圧Pcgを制御弁3の前後差圧に応じて調整するレギュレータ60と、定容量型の第2ポンプ16から吐出される作動油が導かれる抵抗器65の前後差圧に応じてレギュレータ60を駆動する制御アクチュエータ70と、を備え、制御アクチュエータ70では、抵抗器65の上流圧P3に抗する補助圧Poが作用する制御ピストン71の受圧面積は、駆動源の回転数が第1回転数から第2回転数へ切り換えられるのに伴う差圧駆動力の低下量に補助駆動力が相当するように設定される。

Claims (6)
- 駆動対象を駆動する駆動アクチュエータに制御弁を通じて作動流体を供給するポンプ装置であって、
前記駆動アクチュエータに作動流体を供給し斜板の傾転角度に応じて吐出容量が変化する可変容量型の第1ポンプと、
供給される制御圧に応じて前記第1ポンプにおける前記斜板の傾転角度を制御する傾転アクチュエータと、
前記制御弁の上流側の圧力と下流側の圧力との前後差圧に応じて移動する制御スプールによって前記制御圧を調整するレギュレータと、
前記第1ポンプと共通の駆動源によって駆動される定容量型の第2ポンプと、
前記第2ポンプから吐出される作動流体が導かれるポンプ通路に設けられる抵抗器と、
前記抵抗器の前後差圧の上昇に応じて前記制御圧を低下させるように前記レギュレータを駆動する制御アクチュエータと、
前記抵抗器の上流側圧力及び下流側圧力の一方に抗するように前記制御アクチュエータに作用する補助圧を前記制御アクチュエータへ導く補助通路と、
前記補助通路を通じた前記制御アクチュエータへの前記補助圧の供給と遮断とを切り換える切換弁と、
前記切換弁を切り換えると共に前記駆動源の回転数を第1回転数と当該第1回転数よりも小さい第2回転数との間で切り換えるコントローラと、を備え、
前記制御アクチュエータは、前記抵抗器の前後差圧を受けることにより生じる差圧駆動力と前記補助圧を受けることにより生じる補助駆動力とが釣り合うように移動する制御ピストンを有し、
前記補助圧が作用する前記制御ピストンの受圧面積は、前記駆動源の回転数が前記第1回転数と前記第2回転数との間で切り換えられるのに伴う前記差圧駆動力の変化量に前記補助駆動力が相当するように設定されることを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 前記レギュレータは、前記制御スプールを収容するハウジングをさらに備え、
