Description
Claims (4)
- レギュレータによって調整される制御圧が高まるのに応じて可変容量ポンプの吐出流量が減少するように制御されるポンプ吐出流量制御装置であって、
前記可変容量ポンプと共通の駆動源によって駆動される定容量ポンプと、
前記定容量ポンプから吐出される作動流体が流れる信号圧通路に介装される抵抗器と、
前記抵抗器の前後差圧が高まるのに応じて前記レギュレータを駆動して前記制御圧を低下させる制御圧アクチュエータと、を備え、
前記抵抗器は、前記信号圧通路に互いに並列に介装される固定絞り及びチェックバルブを備え、
前記チェックバルブは、
前記信号圧通路に介装されるシートと、
前記シートの下流側に配置されるポペットと、
前記ポペットを前記シートに押し付けるスプリングと、を備え、
前記固定絞りは、
前記ポペットに開口して前記信号圧通路の前記シートより上流側に連通する上流側絞り孔と、
前記上流側絞り孔に接続して前記信号圧通路の前記シートより下流側に連通する下流側絞り孔と、を有し、
前記上流側絞り孔の断面積が前記下流側絞り孔の断面積より小さく形成されるポンプ吐出流量制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のポンプ吐出流量制御装置であって、
前記固定絞りは前記ポペットの内部に形成されるポンプ吐出流量制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のポンプ吐出流量制御装置であって、
前記ポペットは、
前記信号圧通路のシートに着座する弁体部と、
前記弁体部を支持するシャフトと、を有し、
前記シャフトを軸方向に付勢する前記スプリングを収容する収容室と、
前記信号圧通路の前記シートより下流側と前記収容室とを連通する連通路と、をさらに備えるポンプ吐出流量制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のポンプ吐出流量制御装置であって、
前記ポペットの軸方向に変位して前記スプリングの付勢力を調節するアジャスタロッドをさらに備え、
前記アジャスタロッドが前記ポペットの開弁作動を規制する位置に移動するポンプ吐出流量制御装置。
