Abstract
Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る医用情報処理システム100の構成の一例を示す図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係る医用情報処理システム100は、X線CT装置1と、サーバ装置2と、端末装置3とを備える。X線CT装置1と、サーバ装置2と、端末装置3とは、例えば、病院内に設置された院内LAN(Local Area Network)4により、直接的、又は間接的に相互に通信可能な状態となっている。例えば、医用情報処理システム100にPACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)が導入されている場合、各装置は、DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)規格に則って、医用画像等を相互に送受信する。
さて、これまで第1の実施形態について説明したが、上記した第1の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよいものである。

Claims (12)
- 被検体を透過したX線を検出器で検出した検出結果に基づいて画像データを生成する画像生成部と、
前記画像データにおける解剖学的特徴点に基づいて、前記画像データにおける第1の部位と第2の部位との境界を特定し、当該境界の位置に係る情報に応じて管電流値に係るスキャン条件の設定を調整する設定部と、
を備える、X線CT装置。 - 前記設定部は、前記境界と前記管電流値の制御単位とに基づいて、スキャン条件の設定を調整する、請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、スライス方向において、前記境界の位置と前記管電流値の最小制御単位以上の制御単位に応じた撮影範囲の端部とが一致するように、スキャン開始位置を調整する、請求項2記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、スライス方向において、前記境界の位置とX線管の回転周期に応じた撮影範囲の端部とが一致するように、スキャン開始位置を調整する、請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記スキャン開始位置の設定により定められた撮影範囲における前記被検体の複数の体厚情報に基づいて、前記撮影範囲における管電流値を設定する、請求項3又は4記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記撮影範囲における前記被検体の複数の体厚情報の最大体厚又は平均体厚に基づいて、前記撮影範囲における管電流値を設定する、請求項5記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記検出結果をヘリカルスキャンによって検出する場合、前記境界の位置とX線管の回転周期に応じた撮影範囲の端部とが一致するように、前記X線管を回転移動させる回転部、前記被検体が横臥する寝台と架台との相対位置関係、又は、前記検出器の収集列を制御する、請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記検出結果をワイドボリュームスキャンによって検出する場合、前記境界の位置とX線管の回転周期に応じた撮影範囲の端部とが一致するように、前記検出器の収集列を制御する、請求項1記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記画像データと解剖学的基準位置とのマッチングにより前記画像データにおける前記解剖学的特徴点を取得する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記設定部は、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位それぞれの組織荷重係数に基づいて、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位に対する撮影範囲の位置として設定する設定範囲を調整する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 被曝量低減モード又は画質優先モードのいずれかを設定するモード設定部をさらに備え、
前記設定部は、前記モード設定部により被曝量低減モードが設定され、かつ、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位がXY断面において重複する場合に、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位のうちCT値が低い部位の端部を前記境界とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。 - 被曝量低減モード又は画質優先モードのいずれかを設定するモード設定部をさらに備え、
前記設定部は、前記モード設定部により画質優先モードが設定され、かつ、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位がXY断面において重複する場合に、前記第1の部位及び前記第2の部位のうちCT値が高い部位の端部を前記境界とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
