Claims (3)
- 物品の製造計画を設定する生産計画装置に接続され、製造機械が含まれる第1の製造セルおよび製造機械が含まれる第2の製造セルを制御する製造管理装置であって、
前記第1の製造セルの製造機械に接続された第1のセル計画装置と、
前記第2の製造セルの製造機械に接続された第2のセル計画装置とを備え、
それぞれのセル計画装置は、製造機械からの保守作業の要求および予め定められた期間における生産計画装置からの前記製造計画の数量を受信する受信部と、
前記保守作業の要求および前記製造計画に基づいて、前記製造機械を稼働する期間および前記保守作業を実施する期間を設定する計画部と、
他のセル計画装置に予め定められた情報を送信する送信部とを含み、
前記第1のセル計画装置の計画部は、前記製造計画の数量の作業を行えない場合に、前記製造計画の数量に対して不足する作業の数量を算出し、
前記第1のセル計画装置の送信部は、不足する作業の数量の情報を含む振替え要求を第2のセル計画装置に送信し、
前記第2のセル計画装置の計画部は、前記第1のセル計画装置から振替え要求を受信した場合に、予め定められた期間において作業の数量が多くなるように、前記第2の製造セルにおける前記製造機械の稼働の期間および前記保守作業の期間のうち少なくとも一方を修正することを特徴とする、製造管理装置。 - 3個以上の製造セルに対応して接続された3個以上のセル計画装置を備え、
1つのセル計画装置において要求される数量の作業を行えない場合に、前記1つのセル計画装置は、要求される作業の数量に対して不足する作業の数量を算出した後に、不足する作業の数量の情報を含む振替え要求を他のセル計画装置に送信する振替え制御を実施するように形成されており、
複数のセル計画装置は、前記製造計画の数量の作業を実施できるまで振替え制御を繰り返す、請求項1に記載の製造管理装置。 - 前記生産計画装置に接続され、製造機械が含まれる第3の製造セルを制御するように形成されており、
前記第3の製造セルの製造機械に接続された第3のセル計画装置を更に備え、
前記第2の製造セルにおいて振替え要求の数量の作業を行えない場合に、前記第2のセル計画装置の計画部は、振替え要求に対して不足する作業の数量を算出し、
前記第2のセル計画装置の送信部は、不足する作業の数量の情報を含む振替え要求を前記第3のセル計画装置に送信し、
前記第3のセル計画装置の計画部は、前記第2のセル計画装置から振替え要求を受信した場合に、予め定められた期間における作業の数量が多くなるように、前記第3の製造セルにおける前記製造機械の稼働の期間および前記保守作業の期間のうち少なくとも一方を修正する、請求項1に記載の製造管理装置。
