Abstract
Description
特許文献1には、高炉スラグを粉砕した後、水100重量部に対して高炉スラグが5〜15重量部になるように水、高炉スラグおよびNaOHを混合し、この混合物に二酸化炭素を供給して水熱反応を行って、高品質のCaCO3(炭化カルシウム)とする方法が提案されている。
前記二酸化炭素とカルシウムとが反応してCaCO3を生成する際の水温は70℃前後とすることが、カルシウムの溶解度が高くなり生成されるCaCO3の量が多くなるので好ましい。
そこで、熱処理の温度と二酸化炭素の吸収量との関係を調べた。結果を図7に示す。
Claims (3)
- 高炉スラグおよびアルカリを混合した水溶液に二酸化炭素を供給し、供給した二酸化炭素とスラグから溶出したカルシウムとを反応させてCaCO3(炭酸カルシウム)を生成する二酸化炭素固定化方法であって、前記高炉スラグとして、溶融スラグから得られた水砕スラグを650℃〜750℃まで再加熱した後に急冷して得た水砕スラグを用いるようにしたことを特徴とする二酸化炭素の固定化方法。
- 請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の固定化方法において、前記二酸化炭素とカルシウムとが反応してCaCO3を生成する際の水溶液の水温は70℃前後とすることを特徴とする二酸化炭素の固定化方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の二酸化炭素の固定化方法において、前記水溶液の加熱源として、廃棄物を加水分解する蒸気を回収するコンデンサを用いることを特徴とする二酸化炭素の固定化方法。
