Abstract
【解決手段】 三次元造形物製造方法は、UV硬化型のインクを吐出した後、吐出したインクに対してUV照射を行うことによって層を形成し、層を複数重ねることによって三次元造形物を形成する造形物形成工程(S101)と、三次元造形物からサポート材を除去するサポート材除去工程(S102)と、三次元造形物の表面の白化を抑制するためのオルガノポリシロキサン溶液を三次元造形物の表面に塗布するシロキサン塗布工程(S104)とを備え、オルガノポリシロキサン溶液は、サポート材を透明化するアルコールを溶媒とするとともに、このアルコールの乾燥によって三次元造形物の表面に被膜を形成するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物を溶質とする溶液であることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- UV硬化型のインクを吐出した後、吐出した前記インクに対してUV照射を行うことによって層を形成し、前記層を複数重ねることによって三次元造形物を形成する造形物形成工程を備える三次元造形物製造方法であって、
前記造形物形成工程は、
前記三次元造形物の少なくとも一部になる前記インクとしてのモデル材と、
鉛直方向における前記モデル材の下側に少なくとも配置されて前記モデル材を支持する前記インクとしてのサポート材とが互いに隣接する状態で、
前記モデル材の表面と、前記サポート材の表面とを硬化前に同時に平坦化部材によって平坦化する工程を含み、
前記三次元造形物製造方法は、
前記造形物形成工程の後で、前記三次元造形物から前記サポート材を除去するサポート材除去工程と、
前記サポート材除去工程の後で、前記三次元造形物の表面の白化を抑制するための白化抑制液を前記表面に塗布する白化抑制液塗布工程とを備え、
前記白化抑制液は、
前記サポート材を透明化する透明化液と、
前記透明化液の乾燥によって前記表面に被膜を形成する被膜形成物質とを含む液体であることを特徴とする三次元造形物製造方法。 - 前記被膜形成物質は、シロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三次元造形物製造方法。
- 前記シロキサンは、オルガノポリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の三次元造形物製造方法。
- 前記表面を研磨する表面研磨工程を前記サポート材除去工程の後であって前記白化抑制液塗布工程の前に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までの何れかに記載の三次元造形物製造方法。
- 前記白化抑制液塗布工程は、前記白化抑制液を前記表面に塗布して乾燥させることを複数回繰り返す工程であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までの何れかに記載の三次元造形物製造方法。
