Claims (16)
- 排ガス後処理システム(3)と複数のシリンダ(7)とを有している内燃機関(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの反応チャンバ(10)の内部に配置されている少なくとも1つの触媒コンバータ(9)と、
前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれ及び前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれに通じている排ガス供給導管(8)と、
前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれ及び前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれから離隔するように延在している排ガス排出導管(11)と、
を含んでいる前記内燃機関(1)において、
前記内燃機関が、一群のシリンダ(7)に対して共通する少なくとも1つの排ガスマニホールド(4)を有しており、
前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれから排出された排ガスが、前記排ガス後処理システム(3)を介して、すなわち前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれ及びSCR触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれを介して、及び、前記排ガス後処理システム(3)の下流では、前記内燃機関(1)の排ガス過給システム(2)の少なくとも1つの排ガスターボチャージャ(5)を介して誘導可能であることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 前記排ガス後処理システム(3)が、SCR排ガス後処理システムであり、
前記排ガス後処理システム(3)が、還元剤を、特にアンモニア又はアンモニア前駆物質を前記排ガスに導入するために、前記排ガス供給導管(8)それぞれに配設された導入装置(16)と、前記SCR触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれの上流において前記排ガスを前記還元剤と混合するために、前記導入装置(16)それぞれの下流に配置された混合区間(18)と、を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれと、前記SCR触媒コンバータの前記混合区間(18)それぞれとが、共通アセンブリを形成するように結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排ガス供給導管(8)それぞれが、前記共通アセンブリによって提供されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記共通アセンブリそれぞれが、前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれから排出された排ガスが、最大3回の方向転換をすることによって、好ましくは最大2回の方向転換をすることによって、特に好ましくは最大1回の方向転換をすることによって、前記混合区間(18)それぞれに供給されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記共通アセンブリそれぞれが、前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれから排出された排ガスが、最大270°の方向転換をすることによって、好ましくは最大180°の方向転換をすることによって、特に好ましくは最大90°の方向転換をすることによって、前記混合区間(18)それぞれに供給されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記共通アセンブリそれぞれが、前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれから排出された排ガスが、方向転換をしないで、前記混合区間(18)それぞれに供給されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関(1)が、バイパス(12)を含んでおり、
排ガスが、前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれから、混合区間(18)それぞれに、前記排ガス供給導管(8)それぞれに、又は前記排ガス排出導管(11)それぞれに排出されるように、前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれを通過して前記バイパスを介して供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記排ガス排出導管(11)それぞれから排出された前記排ガスが、前記排ガス過給システム(2)の排ガスターボチャージャ(5)の前記排ガス後処理システム(3)の下流に配置されたタービン(6)に供給可能とされるることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排ガス供給導管(8)それぞれと前記排ガス排出導管(11)それぞれとが、前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれの同一の面(22)から、前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれに向かって開口しているか、又は、前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 共通アセンブリそれぞれが、前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれ又は前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれから最も遠位に位置するシリンダ側の前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれに通じている排ガス開口位置と、前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれ又は前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれとの間の距離が、前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれ又は前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれから最も遠位に位置するシリンダ側の前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれに通じている前記排ガス開口位置と、前記触媒コンバータ(9)それぞれ又は前記反応チャンバ(10)それぞれに最も近位に位置するシリンダ側の前記排ガスマニホールド(4)それぞれに通じている排ガス開口位置との間の距離の最大で4倍、好ましくは最大で3倍、特に好ましくは最大で2倍に相当するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- すべてのシリンダ(7)について、単一の排ガスマニホールド(4)と単一の混合区間(18)と単一の反応チャンバ(4)とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 第1のシリンダ群について、第1の共通排ガスマニホールドと第1の共通混合区間と第1共通の反応チャンバとが設けられており、
第2のシリンダ群について、第2の共通排ガスマニホールドと第2の共通混合区間と第2の共通反応チャンバとが設けられており、
前記第1の共通排ガスマニホールド、前記第1の共通混合区間、及び前記第1共通の反応チャンバと、前記第2の共通排ガスマニホールド、前記第2の共通混合区間、及び前記第2の共通反応チャンバとが、反応チャンバそれぞれが内燃機関の両側に配設されるように互いに対して180°オフセットされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記内燃機関(1)が、2サイクル内燃機関であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 還元剤の供給が、シリンダの排ガスを前記排ガスマニホールド(4)に供給する地点より上流において行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
- 混合管(18)が、前記排ガスマニホールド(4)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関。
