Abstract
Description
本出願は、“Endoluminal Device Retrieval Devices and Related Systems and Methods”と題する、2011年10月17日付けで出願された米国仮出願第61/548,143号の非仮出願であり、前記仮出願の優先権を主張する。前記仮出願は、その全体を参照することにより本明細書中に組み込まれる。
本開示は、血管系から対象、例えば管腔内装置を安全且つ効果的に回収するための装置に関する。
なお、本発明は以下に関する。

回収装置であって:
近位端と遠位端と長手方向軸とを有する細長エレメント;及び
近位端と遠位端とを有し、その中を通る先細ルーメンを少なくとも部分的に規定する、該細長エレメントの遠位端に設けられた折り畳み可能回収器、
を含み、
該折り畳み可能回収器は遠位端に、近位端の断面積よりも大きい断面積を有し、
該折り畳み可能回収器はその遠位端に、旋回可能なフレームを含み;そして
該折り畳み可能回収器は、管腔内装置送達エレメント上をスライドして送達可能である、
回収装置。

該旋回可能なフレームは、該折り畳み可能回収器の遠位端で該先細ルーメンを少なくとも部分的に規定している、項1に記載の装置。
[項3]
該旋回可能なフレームは、該細長エレメントの長手方向軸に対してほぼ横方向の第1位置から、該第1位置よりも該長手方向軸とより整列する第2位置へ旋回する、項1に記載の装置。
[項4]
該旋回可能なフレームは近位から遠位の方向に旋回する、項1に記載の装置。
[項5]
該旋回可能なフレームが該第1位置から該第2位置へ移動しているときに、該折り畳み可能回収器が伸長する、項3に記載の装置。
[項6]
該旋回可能なフレームは該第2位置で折り畳み可能である、項3に記載の装置。
[項7]
該旋回可能なフレームは形状記憶材料を含む、項1に記載の装置。
[項8]
該折り畳み可能回収器は少なくとも1つの支持アームをさらに含み、該支持アームは該折り畳み可能回収器の近位端から遠位端へ延びる、項1に記載の装置。

回収方法であって:
管腔内装置送達エレメントの周りに、ルーメンを含む折り畳み可能回収器を配置し;
該折り畳み可能回収器を、ルーメンを含む同軸送達エレメントの遠位端を超えた位置に前進させ;
管腔内装置の少なくとも一部を該折り畳み可能回収器のルーメン内に引き込み;そして
該折り畳み可能回収器及び該管腔内装置を該同軸送達エレメントのルーメン内に引き込む
ことを含み、
該折り畳み可能回収器は引き込み時に、近位から遠位の方向に伸長し、該管腔内装置の少なくとも一部に関して圧潰する、
回収方法。

該同軸送達エレメントは導入シース及びカテーテルのうちの少なくとも一方である、項22に記載の方法。
[項24]
該管腔内装置送達エレメントの周りに折り畳み可能回収器を配置することは、該管腔内装置送達エレメントをサイド・マウントすることを含む、項22に記載の方法。
[項25]
該管腔内装置はバルーンを含む、項22に記載の方法。
[項26]
該引き込み中に該バルーン内部に負圧を維持することをさらに含む、項25に記載の方法。

細長部材にサイド・マウントされる回収装置であって:

Claims (5)
- 回収装置であって:
近位端と遠位端と長手方向軸とを有する細長エレメント;及び
近位端と遠位端とを有し、その中を通る先細ルーメンを少なくとも部分的に規定する、該細長エレメントの遠位端に設けられた折り畳み可能回収器、
を含み、
該折り畳み可能回収器の該先細ルーメンの遠位端は、該先細ルーメンの近位端の断面積よりも大きい断面積を有し、
該折り畳み可能回収器はその遠位端に、旋回可能なフレームを含み;そして
該折り畳み可能回収器は、管腔内装置送達エレメント上をスライドして送達可能であり
該折り畳み可能回収器は、ループを画定する構造支持エレメントを含み、該ループは開放ループ構成を取ることにより、該折り畳み可能回収器を該管腔内装置送達エレメントに側方からサイド・マウントすることを容易とするように構成される、
回収装置。 - 該旋回可能なフレームは、該細長エレメントの長手方向軸をほぼ横断する方向の第1位置から、該第1位置よりも該長手方向軸とより整列する第2位置へ旋回すると共に、該旋回可能なフレームは該第2位置で折り畳み可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該折り畳み可能回収器は少なくとも1つの支持アームをさらに含み、該支持アームは該折り畳み可能回収器の近位端から遠位端へ延びると共に、該少なくとも1つの支持アームは該旋回可能なフレームに結合されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該折り畳み可能回収器は、該先細ルーメンを少なくとも部分的に規定する、薄い可撓性材料を含む壁を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 該折り畳み可能回収器はかみ合わせ区分を含む構造支持エレメントを含み、該かみ合わせ区分は第1側縁部と第2側縁部とを含み、各側縁部は、該第1側縁部を第2側縁部と少なくとも部分的に結合するのを容易にする構造特徴部を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
