Abstract
Description
マルチマスターモードとは、主電動機(main motor)のみPID制御され、運転中の補助電動機(aux motor)はユーザが任意に設定可能な追従周波数(follower frequency)のような固定周波数で運転するモードである。主電動機一つのみPID制御し、残りは固定速度で運転することから、相対的に全体システムに急激な変化(圧力、流量など、システムによる制御量の変化)を発生させず、全体システムのストレスが少ない。
マルチフォロアモードとは、運転中のインバータと連結されている電動機がすべて同一のPID出力周波数で制御されるモードである。すべての電動機がPID運転を行うことになるため、急激なフィードバック変化に迅速に対応することができる。

Claims (10)
- センサからフィードバックを受信する第1通信部と、
複数のインバータから、複数のインバータに連結された電動機の累積動作時間を含む状態に関する情報をそれぞれ受信し、前記複数のインバータに運転指令および周波数指令をそれぞれ送信する第2通信部と、
動作中の主電動機の速度がユーザが設定した速度以上で、フィードバックが所定水準以下である場合、動作していない電動機のうち動作時間が最も短い電動機を新たに主電動機として決定し、新たに決定された主電動機に連結されたインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する制御部と、を含む、複数のインバータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
起動の際、動作時間が最も短い電動機を主電動機として決定し、当該電動機に連結されたインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する、請求項1に記載の複数のインバータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記動作中の主電動機は補助電動機に転換し、前記転換された補助電動機に連結されたインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する、請求項1に記載の複数のインバータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記動作中の主電動機の速度がユーザが設定した速度以下で、フィードバックが所定水準以上である場合、前記動作中の主電動機に停止命令を伝送し、動作中の補助電動機のうち動作時間が最も長い電動機を新たな主電動機として決定し、当該電動機に連結されたインバータに周波数指令を伝送する、請求項1に記載の複数のインバータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記補助電動機が固定周波数で運転するように周波数指令を伝送し、前記主電動機が比例積分微分運転するように周波数指令を伝送する、請求項3に記載の複数のインバータの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記主電動機および補助電動機が比例積分微分運転するように周波数指令を伝送する、請求項3に記載の複数のインバータの制御装置。 - フィードバックを提供するセンサと、
それぞれ連結される電動機の累積動作時間を含む状態に関する情報をリーダインバータに送信し、前記リーダインバータからそれぞれ運転指令および周波数指令を受信する複数のサーブインバータと、
前記センサからフィードバックを受信し、動作中の主電動機の速度がユーザが設定した速度以上で、フィードバックが所定水準以下である場合、動作していない電動機のうち動作時間が最も短い電動機を新たに主電動機として決定し、前記新たに決定された主電動機に連結されたサーブインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する前記リーダインバータと、を含む、インバータシステム。 - 前記リーダインバータは、
起動の際、動作時間が最も短い電動機を新たな主電動機として決定し、当該電動機に連結されたサーブインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する、請求項7に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記リーダインバータは、
前記動作中の主電動機は補助電動機に転換し、当該電動機に連結されたサーブインバータに運転指令および周波数指令を伝送する、請求項7に記載のインバータシステム。 - 前記リーダインバータは、
動作中の主電動機の速度がユーザが設定した速度以下で、フィードバックが所定水準以上である場合、前記動作中の主電動機に停止命令を伝送し、動作中の補助電動機のうち動作時間が最も長い電動機を新たな主電動機として決定し、当該電動機に連結されたサーブインバータに周波数指令を伝送する、請求項7に記載のインバータシステム。
