Description

Claims (15)
- 回転軸を有するタイヤであって、
車両リムに取り付けられる伸長不能な環状の2つのビード構造と、
少なくとも1つの補強されたプライを有し、前記2つのビード構造の周りに巻かれたカーカス状構造と、
前記カーカス状構造の半径方向外側に配置されたトレッドと、
半径方向における前記カーカス状構造と前記トレッドとの間に配置されたシアバンド構造とを有し、
前記2つのビード構造は、ティアドロップフレーム構造と前記ティアドロップフレーム構造によって画定される複数のオープンセルとを含む少なくとも1つの三次元織物層を含むことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記各オープンセルは、軸線方向に延びる織物壁によって維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記各オープンセルは、軸線方向に延びる織物製楕円形部材によって維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記各オープンセルは、軸線方向に延びる織物製三角形部材によって維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ティアドロップフレーム構造は、940/1dtexポリアラミドの複数の経糸と1220/1dtexレーヨンの複数の横糸とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記各経糸は、密度が14EPIであり、前記各横糸は密度が12EPIであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ティアドロップフレーム構造は、密度が14EPIの複数の経糸と密度が12EPIの複数の横糸とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは空気入りタイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは非空気入りタイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物はオープンウィーブ構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記オープンウィーブ構造の外側縁部は、前記オープンウィーブ構造の半径長さ方向に連続した経糸の対を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記オープンウィーブ構造上には、さらに接着促進剤が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物は、オープンウィーブテープの2つ以上の層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記織物は、それぞれに異なる材料の少なくとも2つの繊維の経糸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記シアバンド構造はベルト構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
