Abstract
【解決手段】第1複合材料及び第2複合材料の接合方法は、以下の各ステップを有する。ステップS12では、第1複合材料の第1接合領域が軟化状態に保持されるように準備する。ステップS14では、第1複合材料の第1非接合領域を加熱して硬化状態にする。ステップS16では、第1接合領域を加熱可能な状態にする。ステップS18では、第1接合領域を加熱して半硬化状態にする。ステップS32では、軟化状態または半硬化状態となる第2複合材料の第2接合領域に、半硬化状態となった第1接合領域を接触させて加圧する。ステップS34では、接触加圧ステップで接触及び加圧された第1接合領域と第2接合領域とを加熱して、硬化状態にする。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態から第5の実施形態に係る接合方法で製造される接合材料10の概略構成図である。接合材料10は、図1に示すように、第1複合材料12と、第2複合材料14と、を含む。第1複合材料12は、強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させたものである。第2複合材料14は、強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させたものである。第1複合材料12の強化繊維及び第2複合材料14の強化繊維は、いずれも炭素繊維が例示される。第1複合材料12の強化繊維及び第2複合材料14の強化繊維は、これに限定されず、その他の金属繊維でもよい。第1複合材料12の熱硬化性樹脂及び第2複合材料14の熱硬化性樹脂は、いずれもエポキシ樹脂が例示される。第1複合材料12の熱硬化性樹脂及び第2複合材料14の熱硬化性樹脂は、これに限定されず、その他の熱硬化性樹脂でもよい。

- 強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸させた第1複合材料及び第2複合材料を加熱して熱硬化させることにより接合する複合材料の接合方法において、
前記第1複合材料及び前記第2複合材料は、少なくとも所定の領域が、前記熱硬化性樹脂を熱硬化させる前の状態である軟化状態、前記熱硬化性樹脂を熱硬化させた後の状態である硬化状態、または前記軟化状態と前記硬化状態との間の状態である半硬化状態となり、
前記第2複合材料と接合される前記第1接合材料の第1接合領域が、前記軟化状態に保持されるように準備する第1硬化準備ステップと、
前記第1硬化準備ステップの後に行われ、前記第1接合領域以外の領域である第1非接合領域を加熱して前記硬化状態にする第1硬化ステップと、
前記第1接合領域を加熱可能な状態にする第1半硬化準備ステップと、
前記第1半硬化準備ステップの後に行われ、前記第1接合領域を加熱して前記半硬化状態にする第1半硬化ステップと、
前記軟化状態または前記半硬化状態となる前記第2複合材料の前記第1複合材料と接合される第2接合領域に、前記第1半硬化ステップで前記半硬化状態となった前記第1接合領域を接触させて加圧する接触加圧ステップと、
前記接触加圧ステップで接触及び加圧された前記第1接合領域と前記第2接合領域とを加熱して、前記硬化状態にする加熱接合ステップと、
を有することを特徴とする複合材料の接合方法。 - 前記第1硬化準備ステップでは、前記第1接合領域を電磁波シールドで覆い、

を、いずれも前記接触加圧ステップの前に有することを特徴とする請求項14から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の接合方法。 - 前記第2半硬化準備ステップでは、前記第2接合領域を電磁波シールドで覆い、
前記第2半硬化ステップでは、前記電磁波シールドから露出した前記第2接合領域に電場または磁場を印加することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の複合材料の接合方法。 - 前記第2半硬化準備ステップでは、前記第2接合領域に金属ナノコイルの塗布または金属ナノコイルが塗布された金属ナノコイルシートを貼り付け、
前記第2半硬化ステップでは、前記金属ナノコイルの塗布または前記金属ナノコイルシートの貼り付けがされた前記第2接合領域に電場または磁場を印加することを特徴とする請求項19または請求項20に記載の複合材料の接合方法。 - 前記第2半硬化ステップでは、前記第2接合領域に沿う方向に前記電場を印加するか、または、前記第2接合領域に沿う方向に直交する方向に前記磁場を印加することを特徴とする請求項20または請求項21に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
- 前記第2半硬化準備ステップでは、前記第2接合領域と前記第2非接合領域との境界で、前記強化繊維の一部または全部を切断することを特徴とする請求項20から請求項22のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の接合方法。
