trata-se de um método para consolidar materiais compósitos em que regiões de consolidação são adequadamente colocadas em um estado semicurado e os materiais compósitos são eficazmente ligados um ao outro enquanto a qualidade da força de ligação dos materiais compósitos é adequadamente mantida. o método para consolidar um primeiro material compósito e um segundo material compósito inclui as respectivas etapas a seguir. na etapa s12, uma primeira região de conso-lidação do primeiro material compósito é preparada para ser mantida em um estado amolecido. na etapa s14, uma primeira região de não consolidação do primeiro material compósito é aquecida para ser colocada em um estado curado. na etapa s16, a primeira região de consolidação é colocada em um estado aquecível. na etapa s18, a primeira região de consolidação é aquecida para ser colocada em um estado semicurado. na etapa s32, a primeira região de consolidação tendo sido co-locada no estado semicurado é pressionada em contato com uma segunda região de consolidação do segundo material compósito que se torna um estado amolecido ou um estado semicurado. na etapa s34, a primeira região de consolidação e a se-gunda região de consolidação que foram colocadas em contato uma com a outra e pressionadas na etapa de contato e pressionamento são aquecidas para serem co-locadas em um estado curado.
