Claims (9)
- 第1強化繊維と第1樹脂とを含む第1材料を準備する第1材料準備ステップと、
第2強化繊維と第2樹脂とを含む第2材料を準備する第2材料準備ステップと、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とを組み立てる材料組立てステップと、
前記材料組立てステップで組み立てた前記第1材料と前記第2材料とに対して、前記第2樹脂に比して前記第1樹脂を主として反応させる条件で加熱することで、前記第2樹脂に比して前記第1樹脂を主として反応させて、前記第1材料と前記第2材料とを接合する第1加熱ステップと、

前記第2加熱ステップは、前記第1樹脂に比して前記第2樹脂を主として反応させる条件として電場を印加して加熱する電場加熱ステップである、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料成形方法。 - 前記第2材料準備ステップでは、前記第2樹脂が前記第1樹脂よりも反応温度が高い前記第2材料を準備し、
第1加熱ステップでは、前記第1樹脂の反応温度以上、かつ、前記第2樹脂の反応温度未満の温度で加熱する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料成形方法。 - 前記材料組立てステップでは、前記第1材料と前記第2材料とが、長手方向に沿って配置されて組み立てられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料成形方法。 - 第1強化繊維と第1樹脂とを含む第1材料と、
第2強化繊維と第2樹脂とを含む第2材料と、
を含み、
前記第1材料は、磁場回路が形成された磁場回路形成材料であり、
前記第2材料は、磁場回路が非形成である磁場回路非形成材料であり、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは、長手方向に沿って配置されて組み立てられて、前記長手方向に沿って接合されている、
ことを特徴とする複合材料。 - 第1強化繊維と第1樹脂とを含む第1材料と、
第2強化繊維と第2樹脂とを含む第2材料と、
を含み、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは、ともに発熱体を有し、
前記第1材料が有する発熱体は、第1の条件で発熱する第1発熱体であり、
前記第2材料が有する発熱体は、前記第1の条件とは異なる第2の条件で発熱する第2発熱体であり、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは、長手方向に沿って配置されて組み立てられて、前記長手方向に沿って接合されている、
ことを特徴とする複合材料。 - 第1強化繊維と第1樹脂とを含む第1材料と、
第2強化繊維と第2樹脂とを含む第2材料と、
を含み、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは、ともに発熱体を有し、
前記第1材料が有する発熱体は、第1の条件で発熱する第1発熱体であり、
前記第2材料が有する発熱体は、前記第1の条件とは異なる第2の条件で発熱し、前記第1発熱体よりも発熱量が小さい第2発熱体であり、
前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは、長手方向に沿って配置されて組み立てられて、前記長手方向に沿って接合されている、
ことを特徴とする複合材料。 - 前記第1材料と前記第2材料とは別の部材をさらに含み、
前記第2材料と前記部材とは、前記長手方向に沿って接合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
