Abstract
Description
電解液と、
活物質層を含む電極を有する電極体と、
前記電解液及び前記電極体を内部に収容するケースと、
前記ケースにおいて平面状に広がる壁部の外面に配置される外部端子と、
前記ケースの内部に配置される受圧部を有し、該受圧部が所定値以上の圧力を受けたときに前記外部端子と前記電極体とを繋ぐ導通経路を遮断する電流遮断機構と、を備え、
前記壁部の外面が上を向く第一姿勢及び前記壁部の外面が水平方向を向く第二姿勢において、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液が前記活物質層と接すると共に、前記受圧部が前記溜まっている電解液より上方に位置する。
過充電状態の前記電極体の前記活物質層と接することでガスを発生させる過充電防止剤であって前記電解液に添加される過充電防止剤を備えてもよい。
前記活物質層は、正極活物質層と、負極活物質層とを有し、
前記電極体は、前記正極活物質層を含む正極と、前記負極活物質層を含む負極とを有し、
一対の前記外部端子は、前記正極と導通する正極外部端子と、前記負極と導通する負極外部端子とを有し、
前記ケースが前記第一姿勢及び前記第二姿勢のときに、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液は、前記正極活物質層と接してもよい。
前記電流遮断機構は、前記正極外部端子と、前記電極体の前記正極との間を繋ぐ導通経路を遮断することが好ましい。

前記壁部の外面が上を向く第一姿勢、前記壁部の外面が水平方向を向く第二姿勢、及び、前記壁部の外面が前記第一姿勢において向く方向から前記第二姿勢において向く方向までの間の各方向を向く第三姿勢のいずれの姿勢においても、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液が前記活物質層と接すると共に、前記受圧部が前記溜まっている電解液より上方に位置する。
Claims (5)
- 電解液と、
活物質層を含む電極を有する電極体と、
前記電解液及び前記電極体を内部に収容するケースと、
前記ケースにおいて平面状に広がる壁部の外面に配置される外部端子と、
前記ケースの内部に配置される受圧部を有し、該受圧部が所定値以上の圧力を受けたときに前記外部端子と前記電極体とを繋ぐ導通経路を遮断する電流遮断機構と、を備え、
前記壁部の外面が上を向く第一姿勢及び前記壁部の外面が水平方向を向く第二姿勢において、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液が前記活物質層と接すると共に、前記受圧部が前記溜まっている電解液より上方に位置する、蓄電素子。 - 過充電状態の前記電極体の前記活物質層と接することでガスを発生させる過充電防止剤であって前記電解液に添加される過充電防止剤を備える、請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記活物質層は、正極活物質層と、負極活物質層とを有し、
前記電極体は、前記正極活物質層を含む正極と、前記負極活物質層を含む負極とを有し、
一対の前記外部端子は、前記正極と導通する正極外部端子と、前記負極と導通する負極外部端子とを有し、
前記ケースが前記第一姿勢及び前記第二姿勢のときに、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液は、前記正極活物質層と接する、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記電流遮断機構は、前記正極外部端子と、前記電極体の前記正極との間を繋ぐ導通経路を遮断する、請求項3に記載の蓄電素子。
- 電解液と、
活物質層を含む電極を有する電極体と、
前記電解液及び前記電極体を内部に収容するケースと、

前記壁部の外面が上を向く第一姿勢、前記壁部の外面が水平方向を向く第二姿勢、及び、前記壁部の外面が前記第一姿勢において向く方向から前記第二姿勢において向く方向までの間の各方向を向く第三姿勢のいずれの姿勢においても、前記ケースの内部に溜まっている電解液が前記活物質層と接すると共に、前記受圧部が前記溜まっている電解液より上方に位置する、蓄電素子。
