Claims (15)
- 金属部品(10)、特に、自動車用の連結ロッドまたはカムの面(14)を機械加工する方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち、
−機械加工対象面(14)を有する金属部品(10)を用意するステップと、
−前記機械加工対象面(14)を予備機械加工するステップと、
レーザビーム(16)を用いて前記予備機械加工面(14)を構造化するステップと、
を含む方法において、
前記予備機械加工面(14)は、レーザ構造物として、前記面の基準面に対して、隆起部は形成されるが、凹部は形成されないように、レーザによる構造化がなされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記機械加工対象面(14)は、前記金属部品(10)の開孔(12)の内面(14)であり、前記レーザビーム(16)は、前記内面(14)の周方向(22)に直角な方向(24)に案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビーム(16)は、パルスの態様で、前記機械加工対象面(14)上を少なくとも1つの機械加工トラックに沿って案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 機械加工トラック内に形成された前記隆起部は、前記機械加工対象面(14)に重なった態様で形成され、特に、60%以上、好ましくは60〜80%の重なりを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記隆起部は、前記機械加工対象面(14)上でそれぞれ重なった隆起部の複数の機械加工トラックに形成され、前記機械加工トラックは、重なることなく互いから離間し、好ましくは、前記機械加工トラックのトラック幅の少なくとも50%の間隔を有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記隆起部は、略円形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記隆起部は、100μm未満、好ましくは50±20μmの幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記隆起部は、20μm未満、好ましくは5μm未満の高さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属部品(10)は、鋼製部品、特に、鋼製連結ロッドであり、その予備機械加工鋼面(14)は、平均ビーム出力9±0.5ワットで、レーザによる構造化がなされることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属部品(10)は、チタン製部品、特に、チタン製連結ロッドであり、その予備機械加工チタン面(14)は、平均ビーム出力8±0.5ワットで、レーザによる構造化がなされることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工対象面(14)の予備機械加工により、前記内周面(14)の前記周方向(22)を向いた面構造が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記内周面(14)は、複数の離間した角度区間(18)で、レーザによる構造化がなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザビーム(16)を用いて、レーザによる構造化がなされる予備機械加工面(14)を有する金属部品(10)、特に、自動車用の連結ロッドまたはカムであって、前記予備機械加工面(14)は、レーザ構造物として、前記面の基準面に対して、隆起部は形成されるが、凹部は形成されないように、レーザによる構造化がなされることを特徴とする金属部品(10)。
- 前記隆起部は、前記機械加工対象面(14)上で、複数の隆起トラックに形成され、前記隆起部は、トラック内に重なりを有し、直に隣接する隆起トラックは、重なることなく離間することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の金属部品(10)。
- 前記部品はチタン製部品であることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の金属部品(10)。
