Abstract
Description
また本発明は、樹脂製内装容器と紙製外装容器とが組み合わされた複合容器であって、該紙製外装容器が前記の本発明の滅菌用紙からなる、レトルト殺菌処理が可能な複合容器である。
パルプとして、NBKPとLBKPとの質量比1:1の混合物を使用し、ダブルディスクリファイナーでカナディアンスタンダードフリーネスによる叩解度が535mlのパルプスラリーを調製し、さらにこのパルプスラリーに、湿潤紙力増強剤、中性サイズ剤、硫酸バンド、填料をそれぞれ所定量添加した後、このパルプスラリーを長網抄紙機により常法に従って湿式抄紙して、坪量80g/m2の滅菌用紙を得た。使用した各種成分の詳細は下記の通り。尚、各実施例及び比較例の滅菌用紙における填料の含有量は、何れもパルプ固形分に対して固形分換算で5.0質量%であった。
・湿潤紙力増強剤:ポリエピクロロヒドリン樹脂系(荒川化学工業製、商品名「アラフィックス255LOX」)
・中性サイズ剤:アルキルケテンダイマー(星光PMC製、商品名「サイズ剤AD1602」)
・硫酸バンド:硫酸アルミニウム(朝日化学工業製、商品名「液体硫酸ばんど」)
・填料: カオリン(イメリス ミネラルズ・ジャパン製、商品名「アルファテックス」)、酸化チタン(石原産業製、商品名「タイペークW−10」)
各実施例及び比較例の滅菌用紙について、縦方向の湿潤引張強度を前記方法により測定すると共に、変色防止性を下記方法により評価した。その結果を下記表1に示す。下記表1中、グループIは湿潤紙力増強剤の含有量を適宜変更した例であり、グループIIは中性サイズ剤の含有量を適宜変更した例であり、グループIIIは硫酸バンドの含有量を適宜変更した例である。
評価対象の紙を、温度105℃、湿度0%R.H.の恒温恒湿槽内(アズワン製、商品名「スチール強制対流乾燥機」)に24時間放置することで加熱し、その加熱後の紙について、測色計(Lorentzen&Wettre製、商品名「エルレフォ分光光度計」)を用いて、加熱前からの色差(ΔE)を測定し、ΔEが2.5未満の場合を◎、ΔEが2.5以上で3.0未満の場合を○、ΔEが3.0以上で3.5未満の場合を△、ΔEが3.5以上の場合を×とした。△は実用下限レベルである。
Claims (5)
- パルプ、湿潤紙力増強剤及び中性サイズ剤を含有し、該湿潤紙力増強剤の含有量がパルプ固形分に対して固形分換算で0.3〜3.0質量%であり、縦方向の湿潤引張強度が1.30kN/m以上である滅菌用紙。
- 前記中性サイズ剤の含有量がパルプ固形分に対して固形分換算で0.5〜1.5質量%である請求項1に記載の滅菌用紙。
- さらに硫酸バンドを含有する請求項1又は2に記載の滅菌用紙。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の滅菌用紙と樹脂製シート基材とが積層一体化された、レトルト殺菌処理が可能な包装材料。
- 樹脂製内装容器と紙製外装容器とが組み合わされた複合容器であって、該紙製外装容器が請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の滅菌用紙からなる、レトルト殺菌処理が可能な複合容器。
