Claims (4)
- 木質系バイオマスを還元雰囲気下で間接加熱して炭化処理する炭化炉と、該炭化炉での木質系バイオマスの炭化処理に伴って生じる木ガスを自燃にて燃焼分解させて熱風を発生させる熱風発生炉とを併設し、該熱風発生炉にて発生させた熱風を前記炭化炉へ間接加熱用の熱源として供給するようにした木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置であって、前記炭化炉と熱風発生炉との間に炭化炉から導出される木ガスと外気供給ファンより供給される外気とを熱交換させて木ガス中に含まれる高沸点のタール成分の一部を凝縮させて分離回収可能とした空冷熱交換器を備えると共に、前記外気供給ファンは前記炭化炉内の炭化物温度または熱風発生炉下流の熱風温度が所定温度に維持されるように供給する外気量を調整制御できる構成としたことを特徴とする木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置において、前記外気供給ファンより空冷熱交換器に供給した外気を前記熱風発生炉内へと導く燃焼用空気供給ダクトを備えたことを特徴とする木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置。
- 請求項2記載の木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置において、前記燃焼用空気供給ダクトの空冷熱交換器よりも下流側には外気導入口を開閉自在に備え、前記熱風発生炉の下流の熱風中の残存酸素濃度が予め設定される下限残存酸素濃度よりも低ければ前記外気導入口を開放させて外気を熱風発生炉へ導入させるようにしたことを特徴とする木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置において、前記炭化炉に間接加熱用の熱源として供給した熱風を排気する排気ダクトの途中に炭化処理前の木質系バイオマスを乾燥処理する乾燥炉またはアスファルト混合物の素材である砂を乾燥処理する砂ドライヤを介在させたことを特徴とする木質系バイオマスの炭化処理装置。
