Claims (4)
- エンジンから排出された排ガスの一部を燃焼用気体として前記エンジンに再循環する排ガス再循環ラインと、
前記排ガス再循環ラインに設けられるEGRブロワと、
前記排ガス再循環ラインを介して前記エンジンに供給する前記排ガスの流量を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記EGRブロワの運転開始時に、前記エンジンの負荷に基づいて、前記EGRブロワの第1目標値を算出し、
前記第1目標値と予め設定された設定時間とに基づいて前記EGRブロワの周波数の上昇速度を決定し、前記設定時間の間、前記上昇速度で、前記EGRブロワの周波数を上昇させることを特徴とするEGRシステム。 - 前記エンジンに供給される前記燃焼用気体の酸素濃度を計測する酸素濃度検出部を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記設定時間の経過後は、前記エンジンの負荷と酸素濃度の目標値との関係とに基づいて前記酸素濃度の目標値を算出し、算出した前記酸素濃度の目標値と前記酸素濃度検出部の計測結果との関係と現在のEGRブロワの周波数とに基づいて、前記EGRブロワの周波数を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。 - 前記エンジンに供給される前記燃焼用気体の酸素濃度を計測する酸素濃度検出部を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記EGRブロワの周波数が前記第1目標値に到達した後は、前記エンジンの負荷と前記酸素濃度の目標値との関係とに基づいて前記酸素濃度の目標値を算出し、算出した前記酸素濃度の目標値と前記酸素濃度検出部の計測結果との関係と現在のEGRブロワの周波数とに基づいて、前記EGRブロワの周波数を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のEGRシステム。 - 前記第1目標値は、酸素濃度に基づいた前記EGRブロワの周波数制御により酸素濃度目標値に到達した際の周波数以下の値であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のEGRシステム。
