Abstract
【解決手段】車体及び台車を有する複数の車両が互いに連結されてなる鉄道車両の軸受監視装置であって、各前記台車に設けられ、各前記台車の軸受の温度を直接的又は間接的に検出する軸受温度センサと、前記複数の車両の少なくとも1つの前記車体に設けられ、前記軸受の荷重又は回転速度の算出に用いる少なくとも1つの状態センサと、前記複数の車両の少なくとも1つの車体に設けられ、前記軸受温度センサ及び前記状態センサで検出された各信号の各データを記憶する記憶器と、を備える。

Claims (9)
- 車体及び台車を有する複数の車両が互いに連結されてなる鉄道車両の軸受監視装置であって、
各前記台車に設けられ、各前記台車の軸受の温度を直接的又は間接的に検出する軸受温度センサと、
前記複数の車両の少なくとも1つの前記車体に設けられ、前記軸受の荷重又は回転速度の算出に用いる少なくとも1つの状態センサと、
前記複数の車両の少なくとも1つの車体に設けられ、前記軸受温度センサ及び前記状態センサで検出された各信号の各データを記憶する記憶器と、を備える、鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記記憶器に保存された前記各データに基づいて前記軸受の状態を診断する診断器を更に備える、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。
- 前記診断器は、各前記台車の全ての前記軸受の状態を診断する、請求項2に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの状態センサは、前記車体と前記台車との間に介在する空気バネの内圧値を検出する空気バネ圧力センサを含み、
前記診断器は、前記空気バネ圧力センサで検出された前記空気バネの内圧値から前記軸受の荷重を算出し、当該荷重と前記温度とに基づいて前記軸受の状態を診断する、請求項2又は3に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記複数の車両は、第1車体及び第1台車を有する第1車両と、第2車体及び第2台車を有する第2車両と、を含み、
前記記憶器は、前記第1車体に設けられ、
前記軸受監視装置は、
前記第1台車に設けられ、前記第1台車に設けた前記軸受温度センサで検出された温度情報を含む信号を無線送信する第1無線送信機と、
前記第2台車に設けられ、前記第2台車に設けた前記軸受温度センサで検出された温度情報を含む信号を無線送信する第2無線送信機と、
前記第1車体に設けられ、前記第1無線送信機及び前記第2無線送信機から無線送信された各信号を受信し、前記記憶器と通信可能な無線受信機と、を更に備え、
前記診断器は、前記第1車体に設けた前記空気バネ圧力センサで検出された前記第1車両の前記空気バネの内圧値を用いて、前記第2車両の前記空気バネの内圧値を決定する、請求項4に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの状態センサは、車両進行方向の加速度を検出する加速度センサを含み、
前記診断器は、前記加速度センサで検出された車両進行方向の加速度から前記軸受の回転速度を算出し、当該回転速度と前記温度とに基づいて前記軸受の状態を診断する、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記加速度センサと前記記憶器とが同一の筐体に収納されて、当該筐体が前記車体に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。
- 前記複数の車両の少なくとも1つの車体に設けられ、雰囲気温度を検出する雰囲気温度センサを更に備え、
前記記憶器は、前記雰囲気温度センサで検出された信号のデータを記憶する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。 - 前記記憶器は、前記車体の床下に配置され、
前記雰囲気温度センサは、前記記憶器よりも下方に配置される、請求項8に記載の鉄道車両の軸受監視装置。
