Claims (7)
- ねじ軸と該ねじ軸に螺合するねじナットとを含み、回転モータの回転運動を可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構と、
前記ねじ軸の撓みを検出する検査装置とを有する、射出成形機。 - 前記検査装置は、前記ねじ軸の前記ねじナットから離れた所定部分と、前記ねじナットとの相対的な傾きを検出することで、前記ねじ軸の撓みを検出する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検査装置は、前記ねじ軸の前記所定部分の基準線に対する傾斜を検出する軸傾斜検出器を含む、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検査装置は、前記ねじナットの基準線に対する傾斜を検出するナット傾斜検出器を含む、請求項2または3に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検査装置は、前記ねじ軸の前記所定部分の基準線に対する傾斜を検出する軸傾斜検出器と、前記ねじナットの基準線に対する傾斜を検出するナット傾斜検出器と、前記軸傾斜検出器および前記ナット傾斜検出器をつなぐ接続フレームと、前記接続フレームの変形による前記軸傾斜検出器と前記ナット傾斜検出器との相対的なずれを検出するずれ検出器とを含む、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検査装置により検出される前記撓みに基づいて、前記運動変換機構の劣化度を推定する推定装置を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検査装置により検出される前記撓みに基づいて、前記運動変換機構の劣化度に関する通知を出力する出力装置を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
