Abstract

Claims (20)
- 車両用の始動停止システム(200)であって、
スタータモータ(208)に結合された第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)と、
前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)に結合された第1のDC−ACインバータ(216)と、
前記第1のDC−ACインバータ(216)に結合されたスタータ/オールタネータ(218)と、
前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)に結合された第2のDC−ACインバータ(220)と、
前記第2のDC−ACインバータ(220)に結合された第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)と、
コントローラ(226)とを備え、前記コントローラ(226)は、前記第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)の充電率に基づいて前記スタータモータ(208)または前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)が前記車両を始動させるよう前記2つのDC−ACインバータ(216;220)を制御するように構成される、始動停止システム(200)。 - 前記第1のインバータ(216)と前記第2のインバータ(220)との間に結合されたスイッチ(232)を更に備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記スタータモータ(208)と前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)の両方に結合されたエンジン(212)を更に備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記スタータモータ(208)と前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)との間に結合されたスイッチ(210)を更に備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)に結合された補助負荷(214)を更に備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)は高比エネルギーエネルギー貯蔵デバイスであり、前記第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)は高比電力エネルギー貯蔵デバイスである、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記2つのインバータ(216;220)はそれぞれ、3つの位相脚部(314、316、318;332、334、336)を形成するため対形成された6つの半位相モジュール(302、304、306、308、310、312;320、322、324、326、328、330)を備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記第1のインバータ(216)は、3つの位相脚部を備え、各位相脚部は、ダイオード(404、408、412;502、506、510)に結合された半位相モジュール(304、308、312;302、306、310)を備え、それにより、前記第1のインバータ(216)は半制御式コンバータになる、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記車両はハイブリッド電気車両である、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 前記第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)の電圧および/または電流を測定する少なくとも1つのセンサ(224)を更に備える、請求項1記載の始動停止システム(200)。
- 車両用の始動停止システム(200)を製造する方法であって、
第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)をスタータモータ(208)に結合すること、
第1のDC−ACインバータ(216)を前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)に結合すること、
スタータ/オールタネータ(218)を前記第1のDC−ACインバータ(216)に結合すること、
第2のDC−ACインバータ(220)を前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)に結合すること、
第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)を前記第2のDC−ACインバータ(220)に結合すること、
前記第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)の充電率に基づいて前記スタータモータ(208)または前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)が前記車両を始動させるよう前記2つのDC−ACインバータ(216;220)を制御するようにコントローラ(226)を構成することを含む、方法。 - 前記第1のインバータ(216)と前記第2のインバータ(220)との間にスイッチ(232)を結合することを更に含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記スタータモータ(208)と前記スタータ/オールタネータ(218)の両方にエンジン(212)を結合することを更に含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記スタータモータ(208)と前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)との間にスイッチ(210)を結合することを更に含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)に補助負荷(214)を結合することを更に含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記第1のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(202)は高比電力エネルギー貯蔵デバイスであり、前記第2のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス(222)は高比エネルギーエネルギー貯蔵デバイスである、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記2つのインバータ(216;220)はそれぞれ、3つの位相脚部(314、316、318;332、334、336)を形成するため対形成された6つの半位相モジュール(302、304、306、308、310、312;320、322、324、326、328、330)を備える、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記第1のインバータ(216)は、3つの位相脚部を備え、各位相脚部は、ダイオード(404、408、412;502、506、510)に結合された半位相モジュール(304、308、312;302、306、310)を備え、それにより、前記第1のインバータ(216)は半制御式コンバータになる、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記車両はハイブリッド電気車両である、請求項11記載の方法。
