Claims (7)
- 巻芯部及び前記巻芯部の両端に設けられた第1及び第2の鍔部を有するドラムコアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回されたワイヤと、
前記第1及び第2の鍔部にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ワイヤの端部が継線される端子電極と、
前記第1及び第2の鍔部に固定され、バインダ樹脂に磁性粉を混合してなる磁性粉含有樹脂からなる磁性天板と、を備え、
前記磁性天板は、前記第1及び第2の鍔部側を向く下面と、前記下面とは反対側に位置する上面とを有し、前記下面側の表層部よりも前記上面側の表層部の方が前記バインダ樹脂の密度が高いことを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記第1及び第2の鍔部は、前記磁性天板に覆われる上面と、前記上面とは反対側に位置する実装面と、前記上面及び前記実装面に対して垂直な外側面とを有し、
前記端子電極は、前記上面、前記実装面及び外側面に連続的に形成され、
前記ワイヤの端部は、前記上面に形成された端子電極に継線されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記ワイヤは、芯材の表面が絶縁膜で覆われた被覆導線であり、
前記ワイヤの端部は、前記端子電極に継線された部分が押し潰されることにより、押し潰された部分と押し潰されていない部分との間に段差が形成されており、
前記磁性天板の前記下面から突出する前記磁性粉の突出量は、前記段差の大きさよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記第1及び第2の鍔部と前記磁性天板の前記下面を接着する接着剤をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1及び第2の鍔部は、前記磁性天板に覆われる上面と、前記上面とは反対側に位置する実装面と、前記上面及び前記実装面に対して垂直な外側面とを有し、
前記端子電極は、前記実装面及び外側面に連続的に形成され、
前記ワイヤの端部は、前記実装面に形成された端子電極に継線されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記磁性粉は、金属軟磁性粉であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記金属軟磁性粉は、扁平形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
