Abstract
【解決手段】ボールねじ軸33と、複数のボール34を介してボールねじ軸33の外周に回転自在に嵌合されたボールねじナット32とを備え、ボールねじナット32の回転に伴ってボールねじ軸33が軸方向に直線運動するボールねじ装置31において、ボールねじ軸33が、軸方向に延びた孔部33bを有する中空状に形成され、孔部33bに、ボールねじ軸33の軸方向の変位量を検出するためのストローク検出用センサ55が配置されている。

Claims (8)
- ボールねじ軸と、複数のボールを介して前記ボールねじ軸の外周に回転自在に嵌合されたボールねじナットとを備え、該ボールねじナットが回転するのに伴って前記ボールねじ軸が軸方向に進退移動するボールねじ装置において、
前記ボールねじ軸が、軸方向に延びた孔部を有する中空状に形成され、
前記孔部に、前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向の変位量を検出するためのストローク検出用センサが配置されていることを特徴とするボールねじ装置。 - 前記ストローク検出用センサは、径方向隙間を介して対向配置された永久磁石の周囲に形成される軸方向および径方向の磁界を検出し、これに基づいて前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向の変位量を算出するホールセンサである請求項1に記載のボールねじ装置。
- 電力の供給を受けて駆動されるモータ部と、該モータ部の回転運動を直線運動に変換する運動変換機構部とを備え、前記運動変換機構部に、請求項1又は2に記載のボールねじ装置が採用され、かつ前記ボールねじ軸の中心軸と前記モータ部の回転中心とが一致した電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記運動変換機構部が、前記モータ部の回転を減速して前記ボールねじナットに伝達する減速機をさらに備える請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記減速機が、遊星歯車減速機である請求項4に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ボールねじ軸を常時原点側に付勢した付勢部材を有する請求項3〜5の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 軸方向に結合された複数部材からなり、前記モータ部および前記運動変換機構部を収容した筐体と、前記モータ部に前記電力を供給するための給電回路および前記ストローク検出用センサを保持したターミナル部とをさらに備え、
前記ターミナル部が、前記筐体の構成部材により軸方向両側から挟持されている請求項3〜6の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記ターミナル部は、その外周部に、前記給電回路に接続されるリード線、および前記ストローク検出用センサに接続される信号線を前記筐体の外径側に引き出すための開口部を有する請求項7に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
