Claims (7)
- 電力の供給を受けて駆動するモータ部と、該モータ部の回転運動を直線運動に変換して出力する運動変換機構部と、前記モータ部および前記運動変換機構部を収容した筐体とを備え、前記運動変換機構部が、ボールねじ軸と、複数のボールを介して前記ボールねじ軸の外周に回転自在に嵌合され、前記モータ部のロータとトルク伝達可能に設けられたボールねじナットとを有し、該ボールねじナットの回転に伴って前記ボールねじ軸が軸方向に直線運動する電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記ボールねじ軸に、径方向に延びる支軸回りに回転可能な回転体が取り付けられ、該回転体は、前記ボールねじナットと軸方向で係合可能に前記ボールねじナットよりも軸方向一方側で前記筐体の内周面に設けた軸方向溝に嵌合されており、
前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向他方側の端部に設けられたフランジ部と前記ボールねじナットの軸方向他方側の端面との間に、前記ボールねじナットの軸方向他方側への移動を規制可能な規制手段が設けられており、
前記ボールねじ軸に設けられた軸方向に延びた中空部に、軸方向他方側の端部に前記フランジ部を有する内方部材が収容され、前記支軸により前記ボールねじ軸と前記内方部材とが連結されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記規制手段が、軸方向に圧縮された状態で前記ボールねじナットの軸方向他方側の端面と前記ボールねじ軸に設けられた前記フランジ部との間に配設された弾性体を含む請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記規制手段が、前記ボールねじナットの軸方向他方側に隣接配置されたスラスト軸受を含む請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記モータ部のロータを回転自在に支持する転がり軸受が軸方向に離間した二箇所に配置され、
前記スラスト軸受が、2つの前記転がり軸受の間の軸方向範囲内に配置されている請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記筐体が軸方向に結合された複数部材からなり、
前記モータ部に前記電力を供給するための給電回路を保持したターミナル部が、前記筐体の構成部材により軸方向両側から挟持されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記ターミナル部は、その外周部に、前記給電回路に接続されるリード線を前記筐体の外径側に引き出すための開口部を有する請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ボールねじ軸が、前記ロータと同軸配置されている請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
