Claims (8)
- 電力の供給を受けて駆動するモータ部と、該モータ部の回転運動を直線運動に変換して出力する運動変換機構部と、該運動変換機構部の出力を受けて操作対象を操作する操作部と、前記モータ部および前記運動変換機構部を収容した筐体とを備え、前記運動変換機構部が、ボールねじ軸と、複数のボールを介して前記ボールねじ軸の外周に回転自在に嵌合されたボールねじナットとを有し、該ボールねじナットの回転方向に応じて、前記ボールねじ軸および前記操作部が軸方向一方側に前進又は軸方向他方側に後退する電動アクチュエータにおいて、
前記操作部が、前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向一方側の端部に対して着脱可能に設けられ、
前記筐体が、軸方向に結合された複数の部材からなり、
前記モータ部に前記電力を供給するための給電回路を保持したターミナル部が、前記筐体の一部を構成する軸方向に延びた筒状部を一体に有し、該筒状部が他の筐体構成部材により軸方向両側から挟持されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記ボールねじ軸が、前記モータ部の回転中心と同軸に配置されている請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記運動変換機構部が、前記モータ部の回転を減速して前記ボールねじナットに伝達する減速機をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記減速機が、遊星歯車減速機である請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記モータ部のロータコアを支持する中空回転軸と、該中空回転軸を回転自在に支持する転がり軸受とをさらに備え、
前記ボールねじナットが、前記中空回転軸とトルク伝達可能に前記中空回転軸の内周に配置され、
前記中空回転軸に、前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面が設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面が、前記ボールねじナットの軸方向幅の内側に配置されている請求項5に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記筒状部が、前記モータ部を構成するステータの外周面が嵌合された内周面と、前記ステータと軸方向で係合可能な段差面とを有する請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ターミナル部は、その外周部に、前記給電回路に接続されるリード線を前記筐体の外径側に引き出すための開口部を有する請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
